Although it was a 25 min wait and short staffed, our waiter was great and the food was great. One of my favorite family spots.

Monday night dinner. Met another couple. Servers were very attentive and good with our separate arrivals and ordering. Being a... slow night we lingered longer than usual knowing we weren't keeping her from turning tables. Food was served hot and fast. Allof our meals met or exceeded expectations. Terrible service. Black bartender took 10 minutes just to acknowledge us. We ordered drinks which took 10 to 15 minutes to... arrive. She was overwhelmed at times. Meanwhile 3 black women sat at the bar and got service immediately. One couple came in,sat next to us, and NEVER got acknowledged. They finally left. The 3 black ladies got a 2nd round of drinks. We finally orderedfood. Took way too long. Never saw the manager Who Should have helping out. If it wasn't for the gift card we were using WeWould Have Left, Too. Read more

Greeted with sheets of paper on the front doors highlighting 15 items on the menu that can't be made because of supply chain... issues. Ordered chicken tacos and was told that has been removed from the menu now. Ordered shrimp tacos instead that was on themenu, but told they can't be made even though that item was NOT on the list coming in Finally ordered a Hamburger and somepotato soup. Waitress brought us the wrong soup. Had a discussion with the manager later about all the dissatisfaction aftercoming all the way from West Bend. He defended all the shortcomings and offered nothing to help out like perhaps giving us acoupon or a free dessert. But nothing. Many other folks came in and left the restaurant after finding they couldn't order thingsthey wanted as well. My Wife and I have been a regular for many years coming at least once a month. The restaurant dining area was filthy. The bathrooms were disgusting. Only half the dining area is open an at 2pm the wait time... to be seated was 15 minutes. Waited 39 minutes for food to be out. The server was inattentive and spent most of her time in thekitchen entry socializing with other employees which was clearly visible from where I was seated. No napkins had to ask. Had toask for a to go box. On the positive side the food was good. This place is in serious need of renovation. Clearly management islacking in presentation of an inviting dining experience...I will not go back too many other options in the area. Read more

Good food and good service when I went there. My classmate and I met for lunch. The roasted corn was off the chain and the... loaded mashed potatoes were the bomb. I had to order me two more roasted corns to bring home. The ribs were good. Next time Iwill try a different bbq sauce. I didn?t care for the house bbq sauce so when it got home I put some sweet baby rays on it. Read more

Not great. Dinner for 6 on a Sat. night. Waitress was great, food and drinks not. Ordered the "El Presidente" margaritas and... other drinks. They took 25 min. to arrive. This was literally 4 oz. of liquid and all ice for $8. My food came 10 min. later,and the other 5 dishes came 20 min. after that. Read more
