My daughter an I entered the store at 6:50PM. We placed our order and the food was delivered fast and correct. We sat down to... eat and we were told"we are closing in 5 minutes." I said we should be done in 5 minutes. Another couple came in and was lookingat the menu. They were told "we are closing in 2 minutes." They placed their order and left. Then we were told "we are closingin 2 minutes." I said "when i'm done with my sandwich, we will go." I had a few bites left and then we were told, "you have toleave because we are closed and we need to lock the door." I said, "I'll leave when i'm done." I said i wanted the managersname and the female employee said "I'm the manager and you need to leave because we need to lock the door." I said, "i want theowners name and phone number." She said no. I asked again and she said Curt, but didn't give me his phone number. The employeeswere rude the whole time we were there. Lousy customer experience and I will not buy from Jimmy Johns again!! What happened tocustomer first? They were more interested in ending their shift than selling food and providing a good experience. Read more

"Freaky fast" slogan needs to be changed to "mind-numbingly slow". I can't believe I actually waited over an hour for Jimmy... Johns...Isn't the whole point of delivery, to be convenient? Read more

We ordered food at 6:20 online, my husband then called jimmy johns to tell them he put down the wrong phone number and our house... is hard to find, so we wanted to give them his new phone number! They said the driver had just walked out the door and he knewwhere we lived, and refused to take his phone number. Then 7:30 rolls around and my husband calls jimmy johns, just for themanager to tell him that we didn?t answer the delivery drivers call. My husband explained that he is the same person who hadtried to give them the phone number before and they refused to take it. The manager said he refunded our money and told us tocall corporate if we had a problem with it. Read more

Ordered a single sub at 5:03pm. Get a call from the delivery driver at 6:04pm that he's outside and that I need to come out and... get my food because he couldn't see door numbers from his car. This was supposed to be a no contact delivery. I walk out my doorand the driver refuses to get out of his car, making me walk up to it to get my food (which he has to look at 3 different ordersand almost hands me the wrong one. I take my food and as i walk away he grunts" you need to sign this" and waves a receipt (ipaid online with my debit card) and again, this was supposed to be NO CONTACT DELIVERY. why do I need to sign for a no contactorder? Delivery driver was rude and extremely lazy. Missed out on a 10 dollar tip that I had taped to my door for him. Read more

Owner parked in both 15 minute parking. Said he could have parked in one if he wanted. Then went on how he could buy me...... yelling about how much more he has then I do. Never met him before. Will never go back. Lived here way longer then thatfranchise has been in Germantown & I've NEVER been treated that way in our small town. On top of all that 2 of our 3 subs aremade incorrectly. I waited an hour and a half for my food. I strategically ordered food 2 hours before i leave for work and the delivery drive... walked up as I was leaving for work. Very disappointed with this location. My wife and I had both ordered on separate occasionsin the past and it took almost 2 hours for each of us to get our food. Can?t have a slogan called freaky fast if it?s nowherenear fast. Read more

Have had more than one bad experience with this location. Store manager apparently can't deal with issues. Referred to area... manager. Area manager does not return calls. Area manager will not take phone calls even when he is at this location. He's toobusy!!! Don't even get me started on conversation with store manager...and making up excuses for the errors. Good qualitycustomer service has apparently fallen by the side of the road with these people. They do NOT care about their customers. Finda different location, and hope to have better service. Or, there are other places to get food to go!!! Management for thislocation is horrible. I can see by other "true" reviews that this location has issues. Maybe time for different owners andmanagers. To the owners and managers..put yourself in the shoes of those of us that you have not "served" properly. Or, areyou too self absorbed to do so??? Read more
