Employees hiding in restaurant. Pulled up to the drive-thru line & waited in line for 20 minutes with no movement then myself... and the car in front and behind me pulled out of line and left. When pulling around the building I noticed the lights were alloff in the restaurant then as soon as everyone in line left and pulls off I notice the lights magically turned back on. Absolute garbage. Been going here for years and this dump never changes. People want chicken, not a 2 hour wait in the drive... thru line. You come here to get chicken, but you leave with nothing because there's 20 people in front of you and they're notgoing anywhere. You're better off going somewhere else to get better chicken, because you won't get it here. Read more
Food was good but I waited 20 minutes after ordering to get my food. The whole time an employee was loudly cursing and... complaining about working saying how he was not going to make it until 9:00 tonight and that he was not showing up tomorrow. Ifhe would have just focused on working instead of complaining we all could have gotten our food faster. It was not pleasantlistening to him. A manager should have told him to keep it to himself. The quality of the food was good. However, the service was terrible. There weren't any boards up with the prices posted. Then... when I asked what the prices were for a bucket of chicken, the lady, who I think was the manager, acted like she was annoyed byme asking. She informed me that the dining room was closed. Still?? In July 2022?? Yet there was someone SLEEPING in the diningroom! After I gave her my credit card to pay, she told me she had to take it into another room to charge me. Very sketchy. Read more
They said they were out of everything to be fair i was there a half hour before closing, but still don't lie to me just tell me... you don't want to make it Germantown is the worst place for fast avoid at all costs. We got home food was cold my wife's famousbowl had nothing but chicken breading and no chicken. All staff seemed like we were bothering them so we won't bother themanymore and will never come back. nobody in front of me, ordered classic chicken sandwich in drive through waited 10 min in parking lot to bring my order, would... have left if I hadnt paid. opened my order, fries are cold and the sandwich looks like if was frozen and thawed. will not goback. Read more
The manager Loraine and all of the employees are rude and unprofessional. I ordered a 12 pc bucket meal and only got 8 pc. I... even paid extra to substitute the chicken breasts for wings or thighs. The side portions were also very small. Will never orderfood from here again. Read more
Food Poisoning - Stopped by on the way home from the movies and got 4 thighs and 4 biscuits. The sickest of the two of us ate 3... pieces, I ate one. He started to feel sick and eventually threw up. I didn't feel it right away but by midnight I felt it. Isuffered through the night and now drunk some apple cider vinegar and drinking tea. Throwing up and back and forth to thetoilet. This is not a good feeling ????. Bad chicken and under cooked chicken is the number one way to hurt or kill someone. Please retrain your staff and make things right so no one else has to suffer like this. ????
