I took my son here for his first job interview. I decided to give in and walk-in, to possibly place an order and be discreetly... nosey. I was impressed by the greeting that I received. And also the attentiveness of my presence inside the lobby. Therestaurant was clean in appearance and all team members that I encountered were well spoken and professional. Is 2 days in a row I order an iced caramel mocha and they give me a cup of milk with a splash of coffee in it Filled up to the... top so it's already spilling out when they handed to me. Ordered 2 spicy crispy chicken sandwiches and got 2 chicken sandwicheswith no sauce no pickles nothing. Do yourself a favor and skip this restaurant it needs to be closed. 9 times out of 10 yourorder will be wrong or or missing something entirely. Edit 8/13/22: Ordered a cheese burger happmeal for my kid. I was the onlycar in the line. Get home, theres no burger! Just bun, ketchap, pickle and cheese. Also ordered 2 Double Cheese Burgers,recieved 2 mcdoubles, but was charged for Double Cheese Burgers. These people are beyond lazy and need to be replaced. When yourreviews are 90% negative that should tell you all you need to know. Needs all new staff. Edit 11/16/22: ordered the new "doubleblt" sandwich. When i picked it up out of the box everythibg fell out the aide because there was FAR TOO MUCH SAUCE. I wasbasically goven a soup sandwich. The heat was not working but everyone was very friendly and my daughter had a wonderful time in the play place. She didn't mind... that it was chilly. The food was hot and fresh. The play place was a little dirtier than I would like (her socks were dirty bythe end), but there was hand sanitizer nearby and it was at least cleaner and warmer than a playground. Read more
My interaction in the drive through tonight... Her: Go ahead with your order Me: I'll have a 2a meal with a sweet tea no... ice Her: We don't have sweet tea. Me: Well do you EVER have sweet tea or do you not serve it, because this is like the thirdtime in a row I have been here that you don't have it. Her: Yes we do have it but are only doing unsweetened tea right now. Me:Ok well it just seems like you never have it. (Sigh) Then how about an orange with no ice? Her: Ok I am not going to take yourorder because you are being rude. Me: No I'm not. I just sat there for a few moments with no response before driving offthinking to myself "What just happened?" Was looking forward to standard McD's Ice cream and Apple pie. The apple pie was cold. I saw an employee eating something (I... think it was soft serve?) at the counter and was surprised employees are allowed to take breaks and eat in the food prep area.She then handed a soft serve cone to the guy handing us our order, which looked fine but it made me doubt the cone we got. Notsaying she ate from our order, but employees handling food shouldn't be allowed to eat while working, it can make the customerdoubt the integrity of the food and the food service practices of the restaurant. Over 20 minutes in line to get 20 dry shriveled lukewarm chicken nuggets, 1 regular fries 1 diet coke and 1 plain hamburger. ... Very few ice cubes in my drink which melted right away and the hamburger pattie was barely warm. I realize they were trying totrain in the both of the order and delivery sections. When the trainee went to give me my change he dropped it in my hand fromhigh up to not make contact. Terrible experience and I will not repeat it. Read more
Dirty, filled garbage with abandon trash throughout. The floors are all slick with grease or too much soap. Leadership appears... rude and short with staff leading to a breakdown in service. Food is ok. Read more
Filthy. There were no cashiers - we had to order on the disgusting menu ordering board. The kitchen crew was playing music... that included the frequent use of the "n" word and a ton of "f" words and other obscenities, which I found inappropriate for my11 year old. But even given the music, the kitchen was filthy. They shorted us two burgers, which we wouldn't have caught if wehad gone through the drive-through. The fries were not fresh. It was obvious that there was zero management, and zero pridefrom the employees or the owners. Overall, a disgusting experience. Read more
