Ordered spicy chicken sandwich. It was dry May be because of less sauce in it. Same for my wife as well. Not usual from MacD.

Customer service is horrible?and I do mean HORRIBLE!! The McDonald?s in Jefferson, WI & Johnson Creek, WI are the worst I have... been to and I have eaten at McDonald?s throughout the country including Hawaii.. not only is the customer service horrible butyou will wait in the drive through for a VERY long time!! This is the one of the worst McDonald?s in the whole state. Their employees are lazy, they?re rude. I work down the road and not... once have I had a decent experience. They have a whole store of employees, yet the inside hasn?t been open in 6 months. It?sridiculous. Absolutely no reason the dining room should still be closed after this long. Read more
This McDonald?s continues to go down hill. Almost every time I go here now, it doesn?t matter what line I am in, if both are... even open. The employees will only take orders from one line. So I?ll sit there and watch 4-7 cars get their order taken in theopposite line I am in while I wait for mine to be taken. Most of the time I just leave. Today I had a little more patience Iguess and waited. I ended up waiting for old and hard French fries and a decent cheeseburger for what it is I guess. I highlyrecommend you drive out of your way to go to the one on Appleton ave. Although still not the greatest it is at least better thanthis one. Ever since the countyline store was re-done service has been awful. Do not be surprised if you get yelled at by someof the the staff either. Most, not all, but most are very rude. Read more
The McDs is nice and clean inside. The staff is friendly. It?s ok on speed overall but no super fast. It was a bummer the... PlayPlace is still closed. My kids loved this playground back in the day when it was open. Someday? Read more
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The manager doesn't know how to do her job and is very rude. She needs to be replaced so... that the place can be managed professionally. Save yourself some frustration and don't go there! Read more
