Warm atmosphere, good coffee and breakfast items. However, recently I ordered an item, paid a $1 tip, and when it was ready, I... heard "bacon & gouda" instead of my name. Also, I hear no union benefits allowed. If they were paid well we wouldn't have to adda tip. Read more

Everything is great except for the drive thru exit it is very short and sometimes people leaving block the entrance/exit.

They keep making the white mocha frappes, sweet cream cold brew, and iced chai tea drinks incorrectly. Then I have to wait for... them to re make it, after they argue with me, and waste their mistake. Even in the coffee frappes and cold brews they do not putenough coffee in the drink. Not paying for a glass of milk. They need to get it right so there isn't so much waste!!! There is ayounger girl there now with dark hair that is extremely rude and acts like the customer doesn't know what they are talkingabout. She needs to get a handle on customer service because it's enough to make you go to another location. Read more

Probably the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Messed up my order two times, even though I explicitly told them what my order... was about four times, the barista seemed very confused, maybe she was new or it was busy? (I was the only car in the drivethrough) Either way I was very polite about it and respectful, yet I was treated with disrespect from the barista, who wasclearly very enraged she had to remake my drink (still incorrectly, but at this point I just wanted to leave) because she hadgiven me/made a completely different drink than what I had ordered the first time around. Just a very unsettling experience andI felt extremely uncomfortable the way I was treated with sarcasm and rudeness. Read more

Drive through only? I understand staffing issues but this is ridiculous. One star and if I wasn't stuck in line getting coffee... for people at work I wouldn't even be here. If you like your Java I'm sure it's not going to matter to you. But if you're casualand don't really care. Steer clear you don't need to deal with lines from hell. Read more

They kicked us, and another car ahead of us, out of line after we had waited there for about 10 minutes (got there at 10:50)... because they closed at 11 and refused to take our final order. If people get in line well before you close, you should servethem and block off the end of the line for new vehicles instead. I understand they are short staffed but they should also posttheir new hours somewhere online so people don?t waste their time trying to go there when they close at 11 but it says they?reopen until 8. We were the only ones in line, it took a few minutes for them to notice us or decide who was working the counter. Looks like... they have some new hires. They did complete a complicated transaction and order with no issue. The New coconut milk drink isgreat! Read more
