I would give ZERO stars if possible. I was really excited to try Subway it had been years since I had eaten at this Subway.... Walked in said Hello to staff got no response from them. After 5 minutes of waiting with NO SERVICE in a completely empty storeI walked out. I really got the feeling they didn't want my business. Don't waist your time. Read more
First of all they do not take any Subway coupons??? Also the person that was making the subs was very rude and it was quite... obvious that she did not want to be there. Your best bet would be to go to JImmy Johns or Cousins. Read more
They really, really need to update their hours on the door. I waited twenty minutes for them to open. And they didn't. No one... there. If you call, it rings a few times then tells you the mailbox is full, so they clearly don't care about theirmessages. Whenever I do get in to eat here, they are unfriendly. They never accept coupons, which is silly. After thismorning, I'm done. I'll never waste my time trying to eat here again. Read more
Came here at 6:04pm on 11/14/2021 for dinner after a 4 hour drive home to Germantown. I walked in and the lady yelled from the... back that they were closed. I told her the hours online AND on the door said they closed at 8pm. She said she?d late for afamily event and that I had to get out. I started walking towards the door and she yelled ?OKAY BYE.? Owners close up early all the time. The Subway app is unaware of this, so you are able to place an order online, expecting to... pick it up from location, only to drive there to find the place is closed!
