Our service was awesome. A Ddark haired gal was peppy, zippy, and witty. Drinks came out quickly for our party of 11, but then... there was the food. We waited. And waited. They circle around offering us another table's food in error. We finally got 2 out of11 entrées. We waited 15 more minutes, food comes out cold. Cold wings, cold sweet potato fries, cold food. They have tasty food, but the Reuben meat is chopped up and sparingly mixed in with sour kraut instead of slices/chunks and... TOPPED with kraut. The sandwich is mostly kraut and bread for 7.99 thumbs down for that. They advertise swiss but it'sdefinitely white American cheese.... Toasted to perfection though. Came into town for a Wedding, decided to try this place out, due to the late arrival and this was one of the few places that was... open until 10 pm on a Friday night. Our waitress was friendly and suggestive. Great menu items to choose from. The Fried Pickleswere amazing! The tenderloin and Club BLT really hit the spot! Very clean restaurant, the Bar was on the side of the Grill, itwasn't noisy at all. Great atmosphere. The restrooms were well managed and stocked. Thank you for a great experience. Read more

We recently held a rehearsal dinner at Kouri's and it was prefect! I had to arrange the dinner from out of town and the manager,... Denny, was wonderful about communicating and advising. We had a private room for the dinner and got in early to decorate. Theyhad a TV to play a video of the couple and our own staff getting food and beverages. It was amazing from start to finish!
