Clean and well-lit at nights, too. The woman at the counter at nights is very friendly and courteous.

Good store to stop in for a quick drink, snack or lunch. I appreciate the service which is well in this establishment. What's... good is they have a ton of stuff stocked on the shelves and if you ever need help with getting food cooked, the staff have noproblems making it for you. I appreciate the staff behind the counter. You are all very respectful and friendly. To all thosewho look at the previous negative reviews on here, don't let it deter you. This is a nice place situated in Gettysburg and ifyou're ever looking for something while you're exploring the battlefields, this is the place to go. Read more

They deny water to homeless people; it's the only place in town to get water at night. Love the cutout responses to reviews... that are obviously not from the new owner. I hope corporate takes this store back. Terrible owner. Read more

During the COVID-19 shutdown, this particular 7-11 made the decision to tape off most of the store, which forced all customers... to walk in the same direction when entering and exiting the building. During this time, I witnessed a younger blonde employeeyell at another customer, telling them to ?move out of the way? and ?go outside? after they were standing in front of anothercustomer leaving. Upon entering, this particular person clearly appeared confused about where to walk, and after exiting thebuilding, this same employee obnoxiously waved the customer back inside, only to have that same person be forced to brush upagainst another customer at the register. This whole situation made no sense, and appeared to contradict the original point ofhaving this person go outside and avoid contact with other customers. In addition, these procedures were counterintuitive to allother COVID-19 regulations that allow for customers to enter and exit a building in opposite directions. Despite there beingthree employees present at the time, including one person that looked like a manager, at no point did anyone provide any writtenor verbal directions to anyone coming or leaving the building. As a long time Gettysburg resident and customer, I sincerely hopethat this particular employee doesn?t treat anyone else the same way, and eventually learns proper customer service etiquette,as she is clearly lacking in this department. I am a manager of a local company. Normally I have had pleasant experience at this location. Today I was yelled at to take my... hood off. Now I understand policy however there is never an excuse to yell at me. I have hearing loss from Afghanistan and wason a phone with an employee. I turned around and took my money somewhere else. The staff has always been very helpful and kind. They are quite decent to the townie regulars that other places would consider... less than human. I respect that about them. They take care of there own. Love the coffee and the pastries are always great! Read more
