I visit Gettysburg quite frequently for the past couple of years and never payed attention to this chain however, that changed... when I visited this location two weeks ago. I was first impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment inside, the floorsseemed to be regularly cleaned as well as tables and windows. When a customer is greeted at the door it makes all the differencein the world and that is one thing this location does right. The menu wasn't overwhelming to look at as I was able to decidewhat to eat quickly, and speaking of quickly my food came within minutes. The food was fresh, delicious and new to me, this isquality food for such low prices. I WISH I HAD DISCOVERED THIS CHAIN SOONER. In my opinion chains such as Burger King, Wendy's,McDonald's and Sonic can't compete with Arby's. While eating I liked the food so much I ordered more to go, and before leaving Iof course rung the bell by the door! Saturday evening I visited again and was greeted by a very sincere gentleman who informedme of new items on the menu which lead me to purchase one of them. Other chains take note, this is great marketing also, theitems on the menu looked delicious. I didn't even have time to sit down as my name was called, my order came that quick. Yetagain the food was fresh and warm, I have no complaints and everything good to say about this establishment. If I was not blownaway I would not be writing this long of a review. After finishing my food and cleaning my table I of course rung the bell on myway out only this time smiling. This is a 10/10 establishment and I recommend this restaurant! Read more
Staff is not the friendliest the female manager or shift lead was the rudest when I had to pull around park and go in the store... because the young man at the drive thru window slammed the window closed turned his back to me and leaned his back against thewindow. The manager or shift lead what ever she was when I came in to ask the girl at the counter turned to me and snappedoffensively what's the matter so I told her she got me what I needed while saying geez and rolling her eyes at me. Roast beef sandwich is decent for fast food. Milkshake was very good except I ordered chocolate and got vanilla.
