Went to this restaurant multiple times. Been taking my kids there since they were little. My kids had gotten braces and my... husband ordered online and he asked them to have bottle water instead of soda. We offered to pay the difference. They would notsubstitute and wanted to give us small cup of water. We had this discrepancy and settled on the water. We go to other burgerkings and all they do is charge the water separately which would have been fine. They didn?t even want to do that. After goingand having this situation. The manager said that he make?s no substitutes. So, my husband complied and we ordered sodas andchanged them to the small cups of water. We decided it was not worth the hassle of the hard to work with manager with nocustomer experience. We contacted the customer service number and expressed our concerns that way. Mind you I worked a differentshift and this happened while I was at work. So we happened to go one day all together and ordered our food online we pulled up.The manager said we no longer serve him. We were under my husbands account. I was shocked i said what do you mean you no longerserve him He said I told your husband last time if he wasn?t allowed back here. I asked I ordered through the speaker what aboutmy meal and the manager rudely shut the window and ingnored us. So we left and contacted the customer service money to get ourrefund. Mind you I have very hungry kids in car. ???????? weeks later I said.l to my husband you are banned but I was not?. So Ithought I went and I was also banned their reasoning we are one couple. My husband is is own person and I am my own. He shouldnot be able to ban me and discriminate against me because he had an issue with my spouse while I was at work. Who does he thinkhe is??? I ordered a small fry and onion rings. Then decided I wanted a cheeseburger also. The assistant manager and the general manager... didn't greet me with a smile and no thank you...also refusing to add the cheeseburger. They informed me that I had to pullaround and go back through the drive thru again!! Wow in the time you spent talking to me you could have already had thecheeseburger made!! There was no salt on the fries. I asked for ranch and didn't receive it. The jalapeño cheddar bites weren't good. They seemed... over cooked and old. Read more

Customer service was pleasant, food was not. Got the fish meal. The fish patty is now square, it was overdone and waiting too... long. One tiny piece of lettuce, one pickle... just one. For the price that they raise their meals to, it wasn't faircompensation. Read more

Just went through drive thru and the service was quick and very friendly. The fries were fresh, not over cooked, salted... perfectly, and delicious. The burger looked like a picture and tasted good. The meat was not extremely hot, but I was able toeat it right away. If every trip is like this experience, I would be thrilled! Read more

Everything was great! I met a friend for lunch and to talk about insurance and had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly... and helpful. I didn?t have wait for anyone to take my order, they were waiting on me. My food came out quickly and was awesome.I ordered the bacon whopper melt and I though it was very good. The only down fall, the burger patties could have been bigger.All things considered I will definitely go again. Read more

What a poor service expirience! Traveling back from Hershey to Virginia, we decided to stop at this Burger King and get some... Impossible Burgers and Fries for or change from our usual fresco Taco Bell and veggie subs from Subway. When we roll up andparked we noticed the Buy 1 Get 1 for a $1. I asked the counter person if they in fact did have a Buy 1 Get 1 for a $1Impossible Whopper as advertised. I was advised that they did and placed my order. 2 Impossible Whoppers and 2 value fries. WhenI paid for the order and looked at my receipt, I saw that I was charged full price for 2 Impossible Whoppers. I asked thecounter person about it and discovered that the counterperson was unable to answer my question so I asked to speak to someonethat could answer my concern about the full price charges. When the service turned around with our order, I said "excuse me"and asked why I was charged full price. The person informed me that the special had been discontinued and removed from thesystem. I pointed to the Buy 1 Get 1 for a $1 prominently display in the window. I asked the person to provide me a full refundor honor the signage. She advised she could not do that. She then asked if I wanted 1 of the 2 bugers. I explained that I wantedboth burgers and I wanted the second burger for a $1 or she could provide me a full refund. She opted to give me the fullrefund and throw away the entire order! I didn't intend to be difficult but there are laws prohibiting bait and switchadvertising. Be prepared to be disappointed at this location. Read more
