Small location but ample parking. Most employees are great and remember your orders as the multi task. It is clean. But again... I go back to the small location only 2 tables for 4 people. The other tables are crammed and when there is a line it is veryinconvenient for the people at the table. Read more
The good: nice selection, the staff was attentive, reasonably friendly and efficient. Food and service was good. IMO the bread... holds up better to cold subs than to hot. I would like to see mortadella as a selection for Italian subs. The not so good: I amdinging them one star because the background music is so EARSPLITTINGLY loud that it interferes with ordering and conversationwith staff. I suspect some of the complaints about order errors are due to this. Also makes it somewhat annoying to sit and eat.No nutritive beverages that I could detect. Read more
The subs taste wise aren't bad buy for the price they charge its not worth it they skimp on the meat bearly put any lettuce ect.... On when you ask for it and won't even throw on a slice of cheese fir almost 9 bucks fir a "regular" sized sub I should at leastbe satisfied but I'm still hungry won't be coming back here in a hurry Read more
I ordered 2 boxes of subs from the catering menu. 24 sandwiches total, for an office luncheon. With less than 24 hours' notice,... my order was ready on time when I arrived. Every sandwich was made correctly per my online customizations (no onions for theoffice peeps, no "juice" on the club subs, etc.). Employees were upbeat and cheerful and my colleagues loved the subs! We have been eating at Jersey Mike's for years and have always been very satisfied. Tonight ordered 4 hoagies from the new... Gettysburg store. All were ordered on line, Mike's way with no onions, with pick up inside. Subs were done when picked up andthat's were things started to go down hill. Got home and opened our dinners...... None had lettuce, tomato, oil, vinegar ororegano. All had onions. Needless to say, NOT Mike's way. Called the store and asked to speak with the Manager.Hedidn't care, made excuse about having 3 new employees on tonight, never apologized and wanted to know what we wanted. I realizeit's a new store that recently opened, but if your not ready to open .... don't Hopefully you get it right in the very nearfuture or you won't last. Call Read more
