They let me return a bottle of wine that was bad when I opened it at home. Tastings are now $5 for 5, they used to be free. I'm... guessing people were taking advantage of the free tastings and not buying any wine. Their wine and cider is good, same stuffsold at the PA Renaissance Festival! Read more

Walked in and found a seat. Waited for about 10 minutes and no one said anything. Finally walked up and asked how i go about... signing up for the tasting because i couldn't find any instructions on the menu. I was told the bar was full and i needed to bepatient. I thought i was polite about my asking i wasn't demanding or rude just didnt know how the process worked. I understandplaces are under staffed but staff should not be taking out their frustrations on guests. We ended up going across the street toploughman cider tap. Same situation one bar tender however this lady had about double the guests. She welcomed us the moment wewalked in the door even though she was already making drinks for customers. She told us to have a seat and where to find themenus and that as soon as were ready to order just come on up. Ploughman cider house i highly recommend. This place...not somuch.... Read more
