I'm not sure what to say. I speak very clearly and don't mumble my words. I had to repeat myself at the drive thru 3 times to ... get my order relayed correctly. Then made it to the window for pickup. And had to correct it again. Finally got it and pulledaway only to realize it was still incorrect. When you are spending 8 dollars for a drink there shouldn't be a mistake. Iwouldn't have written this. Or made any fuss. Except this is not the first time. There has been problems here many times before.I guess maybe all this is due to having inexperienced people taking orders at the drive thru. I got a pink drink from this location and the coconut milk was curdled by the time I left. I tried mixing it and tried it but I... was not good. I even got a trenta because I never had a problem with it before but now that was a waste of my money. Read more
Excellent service and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the muffins, scones, cookies and pastries were practically sold out by 3 pm.... Also, the restroom door and even toilet flush lever are too heavy/difficult for a senior citizen (my mom) to operate. Read more
BEST STARBUCKS EVER! The people are so friendly and so awesome! there's not usually a long wait in the drive through (unless the... tourists are in town) and they are worth the wait if there is! I went in for my birthday(and didn't even know I could get a freedrink) and the barista with the cool golden circular glasses let me know about my free drink and I ended up leaving with myfavorite drink(made amazingly)and one for later too! Made my day perfect!!!!(I love coffee a little to much) Definitelyrecommend them above any other ?? Read more
I love to go to this Starbucks on the outskirts of Gettysburg. The employees are so nice and usually when you go during the day... there isn't a long line for the drive thru. On Saturdays and Sundays though it is super crazy so expect to wait in the longdrive thru line if you decide to stay in your car to order. It is easy to spot when you are on route 30 and also not far off ofroute 15 so you can grab a coffee without going to far into Gettysburg. The Starbucks is located in the shopping center rightnear Burger King and across from Michael's. I also prefer this Starbucks better than the one in the town of Gettysburg becausethe one in town sometimes gets too crowded and it is hard to find parking near that Starbucks in town. Read more
Ordered a pumpkin spice latte ???? 'Tis the season! The first drink that came out was an iced pumpkin nitro brew. The second... that came out was a pumpkin spice that was only 3/4 of the way full and the third one wasn't filled to the top either. Not surewhy they are giving 12oz instead of the 16oz you normally expect from a grande. Thought I would share photos of the drinks (seeattached) so you can understand what happened. They did attempt to make this right but even the last drink (far left) was notfilled to the top. This experience is why I gave 4 stars instead of something lower but I thought it might be of interest tomanagement and customers alike. Side note - The inside cafe is closed and Starbucks is only accepting mobile or drive throughorders. To be fair, the drive through was overflowing full. I imagine this situation would have been very difficult to rectifyif we had gone through the drive through. Read more
This Starbucks was clean and efficient. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but were professional. Our drinks didn't take that... long despite a steady stream of drive-thru orders (we walked in) and the coffee was yummy. Read more
