I have had so many issues with mobile orders at this location. One time I went in 15 minutes after my drink was supposed to be... ready, and it hadn?t even been started yet. It took so long that I had to leave without my order because I was going to be late.Another time I went in, and the order was ready, I could see it sitting there, but the barista wouldn?t even acknowledge that Iwas there or even look at me. There were no other people there, the barista was just working on drinks and ignoring me standingright there. Most recently, I placed a mobile order and 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, they hadn?t evenstarted it yet. I asked them about my drink since I didn?t want to have to leave without it again, and to their credit they thenmade it right away, but when they gave it to me it was the wrong drink and not what I had ordered. I guess if you have a mobileorder you need to order it an hour in advance and expect that it will take a while for them to give it to you once it?s ready. Read more

The worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to?and I?ve been here numerous times but have vowed to never go back. (They get one star... because the space is nice.) I?ve tried ordering in person and via mobile orders and each time had to wait a minimum of 45minutes (even giving at least 30 minutes for the mobile order BEFORE going on). One time I got so frustrated I left without myorder and didn?t bother going back. And it?s not just me. The guy next to me the last time was so frustrated as he had to be ata meeting and had been waiting 45 minutes for a regular coffee! It seems like 1) everyone working there is working in slowmotion. I?m not sure why. And 2) they could use another barista during busy (morning!) times. Something needs to be done. Theonly Starbucks in the center of a tourist area and college town?this has the potential to do really well. Also as a side note, Iwatched the cashier wipe his nose with his bare hands and then start ringing me up. The space is nice and spacious?attached tothe Gettysburg Hotel. As I say: could be great but sadly is anything but. Read more

Order moble order. Was going to be ready roughly 6 minutes. Stood at mobile order area waited until someone said something. ... 4 different associates look at me walk away. Why is mobile order away from customers reach. Theft? Probably protecting onecoffee being stolen.. opposed to 10 customers dissatisfied. Read more

Worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to, and this review isn?t from one experience. As of today I?ll never return here, both coffees I... ordered were absolutely wrong. Not even close to what I ordered and whatever the h3ll they did give me is NASTY. The 2 dudeswere steady on their phone and the girl who took my order had an attitude. I?d rather wait in a 20 minute drive thru line thanstand in this garbage facility. Not to mention, the poor woman who ordered before me also had her drink COMPLETELY wrong. Theytried to salvage it? she saw and even said, can?t you just make me a new drink? Numerous bugs in the display case as well.Disgusting. 0/10 stars. Read more
