This is truly one of the best Mexican restaurants I?ve visited. As someone who loves this cuisine I was so happy that the food... was as delicious as it looks. The owner is amazing and kind, she truly loves to work in her own establishment and see the happylook on customers faces. The food blew me away with the flavor and presentation. Not to mention the verde sauce they serve. Itis pure heaven in a cup. I would 1000% recommend eating here. Special occasion or lunch it?s the best option. Read more
I'm from San Diego. The food here wasn't what I would normally find at home, but even though it was different, I enjoyed it.... Everything was fresh. The menu reflects the location, I think. The only thing they could do to improve regardless of the menu isto sell Mexican cerveza. Read more

Had the birria tacos. They had the making of a great taco, corn tortilla, onions and cilantro, fresh lime; but the birria was... dry and kind of flavorless. Mangonada was very refreshing and french fries were crisp. Good verde sauce. They were out ofseveral menu items, so watch for that. Read more
Wonderful food! Don't let the appearance of the place deceive you! I went in thinking it was going to be mediocre at best but... the thought of having tacos lured me in. Boy was I surprised! I had the taco salad and it was so good! My husband and daughterhad the quesabrilla and their food was delicious also! Let's start out by saying the obvious, do not judge it by the appearance of the outside. Go in and enjoy the food. The best... places usually don't look the best, right? Don't plan on bringing a big party. Party of 4 will fit nicely. The cheese dip withchorizo is awesome. Staff seemed rushed but the order was correct and hot. Birra quesadilla is loaded with cheese! Awesome.Birra tacos were just as delicious. Next time we will get a pizza! My only complaint was the napkin holders....they just shredthe napkins when go to pull them out lol. Try....and enjoy!
