Food was delicious. Drinks were great. Service was horrendous. We waited 25 minutes before someone even came to our table, and... that was after I stopped one of the waitresses and asked who our server was. Our waiter finally came over with no apology forthe delay. Water took another 5 minutes. Bar drinks came out with our meal. Food and drinks were delivered by someone other thanour waiter. Our waiter never came over to check in and ask how the food was. The check came 10 minutes after we were finishedwith our food, again because I asked someone to track down our waiter. Read more

The staff at the nearby David Wills House recommended The Upper Crust for a quick bite in a nice and open restaurant. I got to... sit at a table along the front wall, which was all open. It had just rained but it was a beautifully covered area with freshair. My server, Mia, was an absolute delight. She was serving multiple tables but was just the right amount of attentiveness. She checked in on me, refilled my drink without my needing to ask, and was friendly and talkative. She also didn't laugh at mylittle travel buddy. It was a perfect way to start my long weekend visit. I had the four cheese with garlic and it was sooodelicious! The smallest is 12 inches so I had to take some back to my hotel, but it's just as delicious warmed up. Read more

Great little place half a block from downtown round a bout. Great for family?s free games and family friendly atmosphere. We sat... outside with our dog. Pizzas were great a little pricey but not terrible. Service was friendly and quick. Lots of selections onbeer and food. The pretzel Mac and cheese bites were delicious as an appetizer. Read more

Staff is kind and helpful. Nice place to unwind and relax on a warm summer Saturday evening with the windows open giving an... feeling of being outdoors while being indoors, which is a unique touch that let's sunlight in and creates a unique atmosphere.Levi, our waiter was attentive. The gentleman who initially assisted was helpful in answering several questions with a cheerfulattitude. Our Margherita pizza had a nice flavor, but wasn't what we were expecting, as the usual Margherita pizza has meltedmedallions of mozzarella. It's neat to see your pizza dough being formed and cooking in the fire oven! We enjoyed our drinks andwill return to try other menu items. Read more

To start off, the place looks great. It has a chill yet family friendly atmosphere with kind and attentive employees. The food... was absolutely delicious and the place serves as a modern touch in the town of Gettysburg. A great refresher to the usualhistoric architecture. But the prices are ridiculous. I got the Hummus and Labneh Duo which was $11. Super high quality foodbut at most should be like $8. Along with a Pepperoni pizza for $17. Granted, delicious high quality pizza, but could at mostfeed 2 people. I?ve been to places for the same quality and size where the pie was $8. To finish off I had the $10 Cocoa Browniewhich had a creamy rich vanilla ice cream on top of a decent brownie. This one could barely feed 2 people, granted it?s adessert. A high quality place but with way too high prices. Come if you have a special occasion or date. Read more

Vegans/Vegetarians... beware. I found pieces of spinach under our pizza but none of our pizzas had spinach topping. When I... complained about them using dirty pizza pans the manager said it is common to get cross contamination because of the way it iscooked. Please check your pizza to make sure it doesn't have meat bits on it. We originally went there hoping to play games andhave good pizza but there was a party in the back that blocked everyone else out. We also had dirty plates, our pizza was veryundercooked, and the manager was immediately defensive and rude. He argued with us about every issue we had. The food is justbland and the meat on our pizza was not cooked right. That night my daughter had food poisoning. Will never go back. Read more

Retro warehouse themed wood fired pizza that is delicious and a great atmosphere. Service was pretty quick and our waitress was... friendly. We split a pepperoni with hot honey and it was sweet and spicy. The ricotta cheese with the mozzarella was a nicetouch. The pepperoni was flavorful. It could have used a bit more pepperoni, but overall it was fantastic. Little tip: let thepizza cool off before eating, the flavors really come out once it?s closer to room temp. I prefer my wood fired pizzas a littlemore done, but that?s a personal preference. Read more

I can give 5 stars to the winner of the show, the appetizers. I've pictured the spicy Korean wings, the roasted cauliflower... with the most amazing pesto on the side, and the bibb salad. That alone was a yummy dinner! I'm not a pizza lover but those inmy party who order the 12" pizzas a 4 star. Ambience was cute and expansive all in one. Great place with family and friends. Read more
