We parked to go in to the Wendy?s this morning at about 9:15 and a lady opened the door to tell us it was not open for dining... inside. So we went through the drive-thru and ate our breakfast meals out in the parking lot. We got three different breakfastsandwich meals with two orange juices, a milk and a coffee. We were all pleasantly surprised at how good the food tasted! Theonly disappointment was the fact that there was no dining inside. Read more

I don't like to complain but I was not happy with my service tonight! We sat in the drive thru for a half an hour and the... employees were so rude. They didn't even give me the time of day! Till we got through our food was cold! We ordered a frostyand never got it but i was not going back thru to just sit for another life time so we went to McDonald's and we were throughwithin 5 minutes and food was hot and delicious! So if you want better business step it up and get happier people!!! Read more

Hate writing negative reviews... The cashier was nice but that was the best there was to say. Looked like staffing problems so... maybe it was a one time deal. Long wait to be helped, the staff behind counter was supper stressed out, and general sense ofdisarray. When we finally got the food it was OK but my sons $10 Spicy chicken sandwich didn't even have the correct toppings.Would have gone back in but not worth waiting another 10 min. Food used to be great. The last visit was not so great. Dining area was sticky and did not appear to wiped for a long time. It... was not busy so there is no excuse for no toilet paper or paper towels in both bathrooms plus a filthy dining area. Fries werethe only fresh item we received. My jr bacon cheeseburger was poorly thrown together with a stale bun and nuggets tasted likethey been sitting for some time before being served. Plus the fountain soda machine was nasty to the touch. Its all touch screenand should be cleaned every half hour. The drink station counter was also very sticky and appeared to be unattended to since theday before! Used to be a satisfied customer but will not be returning anytime soon! It needs caring and happy workers! Read more

Cooked the hell out of my burger. Very few places open late around here so they have that going for them... But I don't think... I've ever had an overdone burger from a Wendy's before. Also the doors were locked 15+ minutes before the inside closed. I knowthis because I tried to go in to get the item they forgot from my order. Read more

Absolutely one of the worst dining experiences ever. My wife and dined inside two weeks ago. The workers were unprofessionally... kemp and wearing dungy street clothes. The only semblance of them being Wendy employees were the blue shirts with the Wendy?semblem. The dining area was filthy and not a clean table to be found. That should have made us just leave, but both of us doenjoy dining at Wendy?s on occasion. Halfway through the dinner, Metallica music started blaring from the kitchen areafollowed by one or two of the employees engaging in loud enough conversation that I could hear in the dining area with themusing course language and dropping the f bomb. I finished dinner quickly and went to the counter and asked for the manager. Iexplained what just occurred and instead of even giving an apology or showing any sort of remorse for such unacceptable behaviorby his staff, he simply shrugged it off with a ?I will talk to them.? I called corporate and explained to them what transpiredand asked for at least a regional manager or the franchise owner management to contact me. That was two weeks ago and no onehas bothered to contact me. My wife and I will never patronize that location again. Obviously they could care less of theoffensive service they allow, so we will take our money and recommendations to a restaurant that truly cares for theircustomers. A one star review is more than this store deserves, but zero star was not an option. Read more

I was at the front of the queue and a long line behind me to order food in this place today. I noticed just one person was doing... both the job. Taking order and deliver. As a result long waiting customers and dissatisfaction. I will think twice before Ivisit this location again considering the longer waiting period. Even when I got the chance to talk to the lady she did notmention anything about the long delay or something. Very unprofessional! Store leadership could step up to help the employeesstruggling with customers!!! Read more

Really dissatisfied over all with this Wendy?s. By far one of the grungiest and dirtiest fast food places I?ve ever been in, to... the degree my shoes were constantly stuck to the floor. Customer service was also poor, with employees forgetting elements oforders, taking no effort to effectively attend to a line of customers, and overall seeing to have a visible lazy attitude, atleast from my view behind the counter. The food was the typical Wendy?s quality, which is solid enough, but the rest of thebuilding was so gross I had to eat outside. Something should really be done about the management, because it all seems verydisorganized, and as though customer service is the last priority. Read more
