Very inconsistent. Sometimes okay and sometimes it's like today where I ordered a medium Coffee mocha and breakfast wrap and get... a small black coffee and a wrap with no bacon, which I asked for. Some people want some consistency in their life when theystart their day. Read more

Been coming here on my way to work for years. Typically okay- keep going because it?s convenient. However I cannot ignore the... lack of customer service or basic respect anymore. Employees will call customers stupid right in front of them FOR THEIR OWNMISTAKE. After I received my order I told the worker that customers can hear them so they should reconsider talking about themright in front of them, to which he responded ?yeah.? Also seen a worker screaming at another instead of helping a long line.Workers need some sort of training or to never work in customer service again. Read more

Went through drive-thru today for two drinks. Took forever and only one other car in line. Got a large unsweetened iced tea... which tasted so bad I threw it out. It was either left out over night or brewed too long, either way, awful. Read more

The employee was not wearing a mask and said she wasn?t allowed to throw out my last cup of coffee rather rudely? I?ve gone to... multiple Tim?s locations and they have never given me this problem. I understand if it is their policy and I personally do notbelieve in masks? but if this girl was not wearing a mask and not obeying the mask mandate what made her obey the not throwingout the old cup of coffee rule?
