My family and I got cheese sticks and two pizzas. The pizzas were really greasy and one of the pizzas had all the toppings were... sliding off the pizza. We don?t know if they changed the pizza sauce because the pizza was really liquidy from either greaseor watery pizza sauce. Read more
Ordered pizza it was under cooked. Daughter went in at time pizza was to be done an it still had 5 minutes she paid an came out... to car to wait. Cook called when pizza was done reported the young lady who paid for pizza walked off with out pizza. Informedher she was coming in as she was waiting in the car with me. Bathrooms were disgusting, no tp or paper towels, had a homeless man sitting on side of the building, manger was sitting in her... car chain smoking, with door wide open to her white suv type of car. Now my boyfriend and I stop in every time we go to Kearneyand it?s been a great experience. Not this time, it?s a shame that it went down hill so fast. Hope the next time we stop itwon?t so bad. *Gibbon Nebraska Location Slices of pizza unavailable for purchase. Fountain drinks out and iced tea empty. Cups and other... items not available for use. Ice cream machine often not working or in use for customers to purchase soft serve. Quality of thedonuts and rolls is hit or miss. That's what I've commonly been experiencing here. This store has really went downhill in thelast few years. It's often quite unkept. Napkins, straw papers and lids around on the floor and counter tops not wiped. Not animpression that any business would want to make. Most of the regular employees that worked at this location are no longerthere. My experience is that most of the current one's I've interacted with don't know how to relate well with the public andaren't particularly productive/motivated. On a recent visit an employee was having some difficulty at the register. She went toask the manager or a supervisor for help where he then proceeded to conduct himself in somewhat of a humiliating way toward herin front of me. Don't do that. There's extended wait times at the registers particularly in the mornings people in line waitingto make their purchases. Some of it could be attributed to being understaffed. My advice would be to continue on to the WoodRiver store, a Kearney location or to Clevenger's on the south side of town. There's plenty of pay at the pump fueling optionsand the price is usually competitive or slightly lower than others in a 20 mile radius. Read more
I bought a frozen pizza and made it. Took a bite and it tasted awful. I looked at the expiration date and it's 4/2021. 9... months old. I have tried calling the store 3 times to let them know and nobody has picked up. This is not the only problemI've had with them. Read more
I have been around this area for 10 years now and the Casey's on highway 30 has gone down drastically. Since a change in the... schedule and pay all the good workers quit. Casey's is always out of fountain coffee and something on the fountain soda isbroken. Majority of the time the coolers are empty. Casey's is on a busy spot, supplies should never be empty!!!
