This subway isn't worth using the subway app on. In order to get what you ordered you would have to be there watching employees... make your sandwich. Employees have always looked miserable an don't give a good customer service for this reason as well asnever getting my online order correct I will no longer support this business. Good overall other than the "Crispy Chicken"... Absolutely awful.
Very friendly staff. Consistant food quality and taste. I wish the Crispy Chicken was actually CRISPY.

Usually good. I order on the app for several people, so our order is fairly large. The app often is incorrect about what cookies... are available, and I don't mind when they ask for substitutions. This time, however, the worker that was not working on my ordersold the rest of the cookies to someone after me in line ... and when the worker said, "oh no, I needed cookies" told her to"just give them chips". It was just the attitude I didn't appreciate. Things happen, but don't blame the customers for themistakes of your app. Read more
I've been using the Subway app at various locations and have found Gibbons to be the most generous with their toppings. Have... also ordered for the office many times and they are always labelled correctly and have had no complaints. Staff are alwaysfriendly and helpful when I pick up. Read more
