Food was hot, fresh and delicious. The guy ringing us up inside was having a sort of spaz attack because there seemed to be... some equipment issues with one of the frozen drink machines. Issues happen but there is no need to shout and yell at theequipment making guests uneasy. He stormed off and someone came from the back to package our order. This Wendy's has alwaysbeen stellar and we will continue our every once in awhile trip here. This seemed to be an isolated incident. Read more
Oh my goodness just had my worst Wendy's experience ever and that says alot cause Ive went to Wendy's a million times. First of... all if something is sold out. Tell the customer when they order it DON'T TELL THEM AT THE WINDOW AFTER THEY ALREADY PAID andthen try to offer them something else that you say is "Almost the same price". I ordered a pretzel burger sandwich $10 dollarswith a meal upgraded to a large fry so it was like $11 for a meal and I got.... A pretzel burger with white bread (no pretzelbun was told come back tomorrow ????) and the bread I did get was equalivant to Walmart stale bread aisle bread too at that. Ireceived a half a box of fry's literally half of a large fry and they were freezing cold. Meanwhile we waited in the drive thrufor 10 mins and I didn't even get HOT fries seriously y'all they take 4 mins. The manager didn't come to the window until afterher employee was attempting to flirt with my boyfriend until she noticed I was in the passenger seat. How unprofessional is thisplace? Cause I've went here before and it was never like this. Now it's being run by some high school kids and a barelyfunctioning manager. Will not go back !! I haven't eaten at a Wendy's in 3 years! It was pretty satisfying. I had Pub Fries with cheese and my dining partner had a... cheeseburger and fries. Employees were very courteous and the location was very clean. It's a once-in-awhile treat. Read more
Absolutely one of the worst fast food restaurants in Voorhees New Jersey. The young staff has no idea what they are doing and... how to have customer service. It takes you literally 30 minutes to get through the line and just get a burger while Irvine andsidewalks around doing nothing. Oh sorry they are doing something they are looking at their phones and start concentrating onthe Customers. After sitting at the pick up window for 10 minutes I asked the girl where is my food she says I was right here haha I?m sorry I didn?t realize they gave it to me to give to you.
