The absolute rudest customer service I have had in my 55 years. Placed an order and the app said it would be here in about 30... minutes. After about 45 minutes called the store to check on the order I was told by the MOD that he only had one driver andthat it should be here in 15 minutes. After another 20 minutes the MOD told me he would call the driver. I told him it was lateand I didn?t want the pizza. He got an attitude and I told him when I ordered, it said the pizza would arrive in about 30minutes. His response was ? Do you believe everything that you read on the internet?? Worst experience ever. The customer service is so bad. I order they delivered wrong food I call back and ask them again. They... put me long hold. After that I try to keep calling and they were keep rejecting my call. Over charge me and mess with me. Theperson who brought was rude. The person handle at store worse. You won?t serve me anymore because I got upset about you guys messing up my order every time. Yeah great customer service, keep... it up ???????? I only order from here once in a while and I always forget how slow it is until after I order. Tonight I ordered via the app at... 10, they called me at 10:35 to tell me they didn?t have something I ordered and delivery didn?t arrive til 11:40. But I?mgiving 3 stars because the driver was super nice and mentioned he was the only driver tonight, which I get. If I could give this place 1/2 star I would. Worst experience ever! I had a delivery ordered the estimated time was totally... off. The app said it was delivered but we did not receive the order. Called the store and the manager reached out to thedriver and at first the driver said he delivered it all ready after looking around my house outside the driver then told themanager he still had my order. 20 mins after the scheduled time our food arrived. Almost 1 1/2 my food finally came. Food wasLuke warm at best and nasty we had to reheat all our food just to eat it. Never again will I order from this place!! We ordered 2 large pizzas for carryout.. we had to wait a little because the pizzas weren?t ready even though the app showed... they were!!! Other than those 10-15 mins extra that we had to wait, we were quite happy with the quality of the pizza! Thetoppings were good too! Suggestion for Domino?s- premium chicken shouldn?t be counted as 2 toppings. It doesn?t make any sensethat pepperoni is counted as 1 topping but chicken is not. Read more
