Such sad excuse for a dunkin doughnuts.. don't go .. I've warned u .. waited forever got the wrong food and it was dreadful
Let me just say food was made well and service was fine. The guy making the drinks today was very nice and made them in a timely... manner. The problem is that the manager in the back was very rude to that associate while he was making our drinks, reprimandinghim in front of customers which as a manager you should not do. I have been a manager for 4 years and that?s the first thingthey teach you is 1 on 1 coaching. Yet she was very rude and snarky due to his speed of making drinks, which was getting done ina timely manner. I did not get her name but she was the African American working the sandwiches. I did not get the guys name buthe has a light beard and was working drinks 9am 10/10. He was fantastic. We arrived around 9pm. The inside was clean. The donuts were surprisingly fresh considering it was late at night. The host gave... us an extra donut because it was late at night ... so awesome of them. The munchkins we ordered were also super fresh throughto the next morning. Munchkins at other dunkin donuts are usually stale this late at night. We also ordered a coffee and an oreohot chocolate. Good stuff! Read more
