Food is great and customer service even better. I had an issue with some wings, when I called to complain the lady took down my... number and said Id receive a call back from management. I honestly thought I?d never hear from anyone. The next day I received acall as promised. Shawn, the manager, called and explained what happened and gave me a credit. Note that the prices on their menu are falsely advertised and nothing listed on the boards inside. I was charged an additional... $3.85 and no help from the worker other than "we charge what the register tells us." Site shows specialty pizza as $9.69 andcheese bread as $5.75. After tax that's only $16.27 and I was charged $20.12. Pizza is great as usual, just watch out for thepricing scam! Updated to 3 stars for this problem. Read more
We loved our pepperoni party pizza tonight. It's truly the best pizza in this area! We will definitely be ordering once a week... from Jim's instead of Hungry Howies. My kids couldn't get enough. We just moved to Gibraltar from Woodhaven back in June. Thegirl at the counter was super nice as well. Read more

We just used Jim?s to cater my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary party, and let me just say, THEY NAILED IT!!! We ordered a... party pizza, chicken, salad, coleslaw, and potato wedges, and everything was delicious. Everyone wanted to know who did thefood so that they can order. This place is dirty and has flies flying throughout the building. The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in months. I... walked in and instantly heard the employee cursing about the flies landing on her pizza spatula. The pizza is under cooked, Ispecifically asked the pizza to be Well Done and the pizza is so under cooked I threw it away. For $26 I could of gone elsewhereand had a better meal. Read more
