This is honestly my favorite Monical's. I've never had a bad experience here, my food is always cloaked how I ask and they never... forget anything that I order. On top of that, I almost exclusively order carryout and everyone at the counter is always superfriendly and I love that the staff is diverse, inclusive, and just generally welcoming! I?m not a local but the 8inch pizzas are ok they need a little more tomato sauce, and the hot wings need a little more flavor.
The pizza was good but the service was not. I called to order a pizza and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I went in... 20 minutes later and they haven't even put the pizza in the oven yet and the cashier was rude to me. Read more
I placed an order at 6:01 it was delivered at 7:14 after it was delivered to the wrong place and then this is what it looked... like when I got it, then no dressing for my pizza and the breadsticks was supposed to have garlic butter on them and theydidn?t. Decided to go to Monical's Pizza for supper tonight to try their pan pizza. We already enjoy the thin crust so why not give... something else a try. To say the least, it was awesome! Dine in service has gone down hill. Wait time are ridiculous before you even order. Appetizer never got put in.
