I no longer feel safe coming into this Sheetz. One of your employees has become hostile towards me. One day a week or two ago... she berated me in front of the entire store for not wanting to check out with her. I had just gotten back from being at thehospital with my dad, I was emotional and wanted to use self check out. I let a gentleman go ahead of me and she continued toyell at me for wanting to wait. I told her not to tell me what to do. I shouldn't have to explain myself. Today, she stood backin the kitchen while I used self check out and stared at me. Made eye contact and stared me down. For years I've been coming tothis Sheetz and have been nothing but polite to this woman, but I can't handle being treated poorly for standing my ground afteran emotional day. Clean store, well stocked. Cashier was incredibly friendly! They even had a soft-serve ice cream machine! It was out of service... unfortunately. The pop (soda) machines cherry, vanilla, and orange additional flavors were also out of service too. Read more

This particular Sheetz that I visit frequently is less than half a mile away from my apartment so it's within walking distance... if need be, the MTO is always fast and efficient, and the addition of three automated self checkout kiosks makes going thereeven more of a convenience especially on busy days and or nights. Slowest employees ever. Being that they?re short staffed and using the excuse of the pandemic maybe the employees that are... actually still being paid should have some sort of sense of urgency but clearly they?re all paid by the hour and don?t care.Also your coin shortage is not our problem stop asking people to bring in their change and figure it out yourself like everyother company in the world does. I don?t know how you?re so short on coins when you only have one actual register with anemployee running it giving out change. Why aren?t the prices lower since we have to check ourselves out.
