i came through and got the worst attitude from whoever was talking at the speaker, i asked for pineapple mango lemonade and she... replied with ?i don?t have any pineapple mango only regular?. i paid 23$ for 2 LARGE combos and received small drinks and 2small fry?s. completely ruined my meal and wasted my money. maybe next time i come through the woman at the window won?t bestuffing her face while taking orders, and get my order right. ridiculous that these are the people serving me. i work in thefast food industry and i am ashamed. This Wendy's location has had a slow downfall. I had originally worked here way back in 2019 and the quality, cleanliness, and... management was still superb and now this place is very much a disappointment. Every single time, I've gone here expecting aclassic baconater I am immensely disappointed, Burger dry fries sitting on the plates longer than their intended time of 6-7minutes. Coming from the fast food industry I understand that some mistakes can happen but This Wendy's has consistentlydisappointed me time and time again and there are no excuses to it. When you go to fast food, It shouldn't be a hit or miss orthe luck of the draw. This simply comes down to incompetent management and Wendy's corporate needs to march their way down toGibsonia and close this place down. It's costing them money and disrespect to the Wendy's name. I grabbed lunch a couple days ago at this location for carry out and was very impressed by how well and efficiently all the... employees were working together. Lunch orders from me, usually the 4 for 4, and have been great each time, it's fast food, and it satisfies a burger desired... lunch. I've been here multiple times through the drive through (pandemic), and every time they've gotten it 100% correct. Ifyou're in the mood for a quick lunch that's correct, I'd suggest it. Read more
Horrible experience. Mold in salad, Cold frys, sandwich given half open in bag, looked like they gave us an order from 2 weeks... ago that they forgot was sitting there. Tried to call and of course there was no answer. Hopefully this review will get aresponse so I can get the 35.00 I paid for the order returned. Disgusted! Read more
Like most fast food restaurants, Wendy's has put profit over quality of the food. About 20 years ago Wendy's was top shelf but... no more. The slide downward was gradual but obvious. The only thing on the menu worth ordering is the Frosty which is the lastremaining item that has stayed consistent through the years. The rest of the menu is over priced school cafeteria food. What ashame to see such an iconic brand become a shell of its former stuff. The only reason it deserved one star was because of thefountain drink station which has a good variety of drinks to choose from. Read more
I eat here regularly. Very nice staff, clean space, food is prepared to spec and has always tasted good. Very reliable.
