Drift has some terrific brunch items to enjoy. I recommend any of the eggs benedicts. The staff is awesome! Great service too.... The views from the patio on sunny days are beautiful. You can see the Gibsons harbour and Keats Island, Bowen Island, and overtowards Lions Bay and Cypress mountain. Read more

went for brunch twice in three days! the bacon eggs benedict is SOOO good; bacon was thick, perfect eggs, hollandaise sauce was... so delicious, roasted potatoes were crispy and soft, and salad was light and fresh and helped cut any richness. I felt verycontent at the end of the meal, and it wasn’t too heavy. service was great too! owner is very friendly. also, a gorgeous viewof the water to be enjoyed. Read more

Didn't expect to much for a small town restaurant. It has been 10+ years since Ive been back so a lot has changed. I just had... the best breakfast I have had in a restaurant in along time and ended up there for dinner too. Both were awesome. Tasty food.unique dishes and charming location. Came here for brunch with a 4 friends. The staff mentioned they were under resourced but I still felt the service was too slow.... Waiter forgot our drink orders and even missed a substitution. Rather than fixing it he just dropped it at the table andbasically said “sorry the kitchen screwed up,” my friend ended up paying extra to get it right. Had some good brunch here. We sat on the patio which had a nice view overlooking the water. We ordered the Chicken & Waffles... which tasted delicious. This place definitely seems a little more health conscious then a lot of places out there but the foodwas still enjoyable. Even though we picked the most comfort foods of comfort foods the chicken itself wasn't overly greasey andsalty and didn't make you feel stuffed, slow, and sluggish after finishing it. At the same time it was crispy and tender inside.The bacon however, was the best part of the dish. It was really thick and full of flavour. Everything was amazing from the moment we walked in, quick and genuinely friendly service. The coffee was really tasty, and all... the food was amazing, especially the bacon. Unfortunately they were out of a few ingredients but it did not affect our amazingexperience. Very glad we decided to stop by it was the highlight of our dining experience in Gibson's. Read more
