Tried going through drive thru today. It was very slow. But lots of vehicles trying to get food. When it was our turn the... order was taken very well. We ordered chicken straps with a poutine on the side and a burger combo. Everything was great untilwe drove away from the window. Food seemed hot. Condiments were in the bag napkins and straw too. Then we realized we didn'tget our chicken strips but we got the sauce for it. So we parked and went inside to get them. The person at the till went andwhispered to another peraon who looked at my husband questioningly. Then the other person grabbed some strips threw them in abag and with out a word basically handed it with attitude to my spouse. Not a word of kindness said to him. Not anything. Gave3 stars even with the snotty looks and bad attitude because the food was hot and fresh. Great job by the cooks! We will tryhere again for sure because it can sometimes just be a bad day or 1 bad employees. Read more
Instead of fast food, this Wendy?s absolutely serve slow food. Drive through usually takes 20mins at this location. It?s... definitely the slowest drive though ever experienced. Read more
Walked in to the counter, the staff didn't even acknowledge our presence and kept doing what they're doing (the least they could... have done is to say they're busy and will come back later) Ordered some frostys, they put on the wrong item (they had 99cfrostys but out in 2.19$ on the POS), had to call them out to make them reflect the price change. For the icing on the top, thefrostys were half melted. I do understand that they are a bit understaffed in this location but minimum level of customerservice would go a long way. Read more
They're usually pretty quick and very friendly anytime I've been there. I don't eat there super often, but I haven't disliked... the food anytime I've been there. Thanks for the good service, and keep up the good work! Read more
The last food available at 10:20 at night so we waited in line. Some L plater ordered 30 items 2 cars in front of us. When she... finally drove off it was 10:25 and then Whoever was on the other end just never answered the car in front of us or us either.And then when 10:30 rolled around and nothing happened They just ignored us. Adding insult to injury they have these thick bessablocks lining the drive so we couldn?t get out until the L plater who ordered 30 items got all their items because they neverthought to move out the way to let everyone else leave. They put my life at risk because my girlfriend is a savage when she ishungry. Read more
I ordered a root beer and they gave me coke. And forgot to give me my hot water and honey mustard sauce for the chicken nuggets.... The portion of salad was small. Other than that, the food good. The dining area was clean and a lot of seating. Read more
