Loved the layout of the restaurant. One portion was very open and contained traditional style seating. This room also offered a... view of the kitchen and sushi chef. The other side was more intimate and had the view of the bar. We ordered two differentBento boxes for lunch. One yam roll bento box and one sashimi bento. Both came with a simple salad of romaine ettuce and sweetonion with a hand crafted citrus lemon dressing. This was a pleasant end to the meal. The miso was delicious as was theteriyaki chicken and vegetables. The tempura was fresh and crispy. The sashimi tasted more than fresh and was extremelysatisfying. The service was quick and efficient. Out of all of the restaurants we visited in Gibson's during our stay, this hadthe best. Was very surprised with the quality here. Would recommend and return. Best tofu teriyaki I?ve ever had!!! Love the crispy outer on the tofu and all the veggies, also the added touch of the tempura. ... Also, my son said it was the best agedashi tofu he?s ever had! It's a bit pricey but the food is delicious. The people are friendly. The only thing that I dislike is the hours of operation.... It isn't open for lunch for most days, when I would love to come in for a Bento. Read more
