I had stopped going to this location because the few times I went, they failed to make my coffee correct every time. I broke my... own rule and went there last week to save time. I ordered a caramel macchiato but it was made without caramel. I didn't knowthis until I was already on I-75. I was unable to drink it and had to throw it away. I contacted corporate for a refund andnever received a response. Ended up at Starbucks anyway so didn't save any time and essentially spent $10 on coffee that day.Save yourself the trouble and just go to the ?bux. They're just as expensive and when drinks are made wrong (it happens), theyhave better customer service. Read more

Rude never takes responsibility for their own actions always blame the customer and when I went to use my app they already... charged my card and told me it wasn't their fault that my phone was slow. When I asked the young lady if the customer isimportant they said no they had A drive through time to maintain. Read more

Waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes before making it to the speaker. Once there, it took 7 minutes for someone to take my... order. Once my order was taken, it took them another 12 minutes to make 2 iced coffees. Short female at the window was rude. Ialso observed on employee taking 30 seconds to read the labels on the flavoring bottles. There were 4 employees working fromwhat I observed through the drive thru window. Multiple times all employees were in the back of the store all making the ordersthat they took. Management is either lacking, poorly trained, or both. There is no concept of efficiency at this store and itreally shows even when there is on person in the drive thru. Even then it still takes me 10-15 minutes to get on iced coffee.UNACCEPTABLE! I go to this location all the time! The morning crew is awesome! But it really sucks that this business can't put at least 2 or... 3 people for an evening service and they have one lady running the whole store making drink by drink per each customer and she'srunning herself ragged! It's wrong and not fair to this woman! Please add another person for evening shift! You did a great jobTina thank you for your service tonight! She gets this 5 star review!! Read more

One person in line in the drive through in front of me, sat there for 10 minutes and then when I get up to order, no one... addresses me for another 5 min until I say ?excuse me? and then after another 5 min, I left. 2 people inside ?working?, barelymoving and can?t handle making a cup of coffee in under 20 minutes. I ordered a large frozen Matcha. I am Autistic and I can only stomach frozen drinks or cold drinks with little to no ice (ice... cubes are very very unpleasant for me, can't explain it). I pulled up to the window and the very rude older blonde lady who Iguess is the manager was there unfortunately. I've encountered her a few times and each time she's spoken RUDELY to heremployees and customers and gaslights customers for her own mistakes "you didn't order that". After waiting for a while, shegrabbed my drink which was made wrong, with the whole cup full of ice cubes, a tiny bit of matcha sitting on the bottom, and therest filled with milk. She opened the window and then closed it, realizing it was supposed to be frozen, disappearing for aminute, and came back to hand me an only partially frozen, mostly ice cubes mess with matcha mostly still stuck to the bottom ofthe cup. Again, acting so annoyed that she has to be there that I wasn't comfortable saying anything. I had to go home andfilter the ice cubes out, and now I have barely anything left to drink. I have gone to this location multipule times never a pleasant experience. If I could give zero stars 100% would. This store has... the worst management team, I believe it's Lupe. She is rude, unprofessional, and way too inexperienced to be managing an entirestore. My question with that is how are you keeping the store clean? Went inside it's riddled with flies everywhere the milkmachine smells like it's sour when it's being used, the ice cream chest looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months!! Don't gohere if you value your health I'm sure there are better dunkin donuts but this is not the one. Read more
