My husband and I stopped in here while driving through the area and were very pleased that we did! The food was delicious and I... could tell it was prepared with care. I had the chicken shawarma and my husband enjoyed the platter with chicken and traditionalgyro? both were very flavorful! Sauces were great, veggies were fresh, and the homemade baklava was terrific. Malak, the owner,and his staff, were super friendly and were happy to answer questions about the menu. Will definitely dine here again if we havethe opportunity! Read more
I gave them 3 times to make it right. PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN WHAT THEY HAVE ON GOOGLE!!! ???? 1st time (I?ll post pics) -... Calamari was fried too hard, burnt not like the picture the display. So mad about that. 2nd time really nice lady messed up myentire order. Was suppose to be wings and shrimp but I got wings only with blue cheese and TARDER SAUCE with NO shrimp. I was ina rush so I took what she gave me and left. They tried to fix it though. 3ed time is experiencing young worker talk aboutcustomers as they leave to us inside the restaurant, and he?s a bit pushy. Wanted to give a 4.5 but felt it would hurt them. Everybody expects higher than it should be. Well, the food was good, gyro... looked better than my grouper sandwich. Felt the decor was like a school cafeteria. Needs warm art on the walls and maybe around table for large groups in center of room. And last, real plates would be nice. DoorDash delivered the food, we still called the restaurant to let them know we ordered a gyro platter and there was no gyro.... The worker on the other side said to drive over and we will have a new one prepared. My husband arrives at Rosemary Grill andthe worker/manager will not give him a new one with out returning the order that did not have gyro meat. The manager said theytold us to return the wrong order. That was never advised as they were on speaker phone with myself, spouse and my son, and allof us can confirm, validate they never made that request. We threw out the food once we called and they said they would have oneready and replaced. I gave my spouse a photo to show them before he left, but he was extremely disappointed that the managerlied, and my spouse did not want to waste anymore time to show the photo he had from me on a text I sent to his phone before heleft. My husband stated he likes the restaurant?s food, unlike myself I hate their food. My husband told the manager that hewill never return as a patron to this restaurant, in person or through any delivery apps services. Rosemary Grill?s gyro platterwe ordered only had rice and salad, no gyro meat at all. My husband, who is an AVP in our community understands what goodcustomer service is all about and this of course was the worst experience he has had in many years from a local restaurant; myhusband who is a man of integrity. Wow, Rosemary Grill, you lost a customer permanently! After a long day at work this is whathe wanted to have for dinner, and you guys get it all wrong in so many ways.
