Slow service. Advertised products (tacos) that were not carried anymore. At drive through it took 15 minutes to get to window... after ordering then waited an additional 10 minutes for food, finally gave up and asked for a refund. Read more
Edit: Don't go here after 10 p.m. I've done it twice, both went wrong, this time was worst. Ordered a Texas double, got a... single. Ordered nuggets, they were burnt. Fries were actually the best part of the meal and I don't really like fries thatmuch. My son wanted a burger but they only had enough for 1 burger. I didn't realize they only had 1 patty when I was paying for2. Also my burger tasted very odd and I'm hoping I don't get sick. Overall it was a terrible experience. 1 star after 10p.m. ---- 4 stars at lunch time Better than many Burger Kings I have been to. Food was hot and fresh. Just straight up last place ide eat in Giddings... My burger cold... Fry's half full and soggy. Tea hot hardly any ice... And I... stood in line for 13 min. ... Took them 32 min for a couple I was talking to for 2 ck sandwich and onion rings. . Read more
Road trip from Austin to Houston. And waiting almost 8 minutes at window. To have cold food and fries that are not fresh. Waste... of $9. And they gave me cheese, that I did not ask for, not asked. Read more
In all honesty, didn't even get to eat. At 9pm with people eating inside, they had the doors locked.
Ok I see that you have sign on the drive thru states that you are closing at 8pm now (wow) but is 7:40 to late to order ???? If... the cut of time is 7:30 or 7:45, then that's what the sign should read. If you don't want my money then don't take my order andstill drove off at 7:55 with a mashed up bag of burnt Texas ultimate whoppers. This is not what we have received before driedup small patties and all of the fixings smeared everywhere. The person behind us tried to order at 7:45 and was not allowed toorder. I truly love B K. But I was so unhappy with this B K in Giddings Tx. The service was horrible,, 20 min's wait on our food. The... order was wrong, when it was corrected the food was cold. I'll never stop in this B K again. Read more
