The only thing consistent about this dominos is that they mess something up EVERY time. This time I ordered a pizza for delivery... and only wanted cheese on HALF because my husband is lactose intolerant- they put cheese on the entire pizza. Took almost anhour for my order and I?m literally two minutes away from the store. They also didn?t put garlic butter on the crust like it?ssupposed to have. The boneless wings were barely warm. Ordered a pizza, sandwich, and cinnamon swirls at 1:45. Delivery said 12-25 mins. At 2:00 said it was being quality checked. ... I finally called at 2:35 and asked for update. Was told it would be delivered as soon as possible. I asked him for an updatesince it's been in quality check for 35 mins and he said it would be delivered in next 10 minutes. So it took over an hour andI had to call to actually get my food delivered. Placed an order on a weeknight via the app, showed up 30 minutes later to pick up and the 2 employees were just sitting around... chit chatting and had not started on the order, took then another 15 minutes to make it and both pizzas were made wrong. This isnot the first time this has happened. It's happened in at least 2 other occasions and it's happened my my father in law as wellso it seems to be a common problem and management doesn't seem to care. Read more
They are awesome! The handmade pan pizza is always so soft! And they always take care of the customers! They make it exactly to... order! They drivers always friendly I always love their bread bowls and the young man and women who I see consistently work inthe evenings are amazing! Read more
Attempted to order the $7.99 carryout special by phone. Was told it's only available online. Was charged over$18 for a $7.99... pizza. Ridiculous! The employee seemed not to care. Mumbled something about a corporate decision and basically didn't want tohear my complaint. Don't ever get a pizza at Giddings Domino's. We will never again order from this or any other Domino's. Place a order 11:16pm.tgey call me back to tell they could deliver bcuz the driver had a flat tire. I'm like ok I will pick it... up. They said that the lobby close at 11:30. so they cancelled my order. Read more

I ordered pizza over the phone and the manager discussed how far I was still out of town so that he could time the pizza so that... it was fresh out of the oven hot when we arrived. Also, it was great pizza- I was impressed! Read more
