We ordered the 12 pieces of mixed fried chicken with 6 rolls and 2 sides. The sides were the only thing right! Much to our... disappointment we got about 8 or 10 chicken STRIPS and only 3 rolls! We live 20 miles away so it was not feasible to drive back.This was also a non busy time of day, around 3:00. Our bill was $42.21, which is awfully high to begin with, much less a wrongorder of lesser value! We tried calling for several hours to notify them of their mistake and no one ever answered. Chicken fingers were good and very crispy. Generous serving of gravy. We dined in and it was loud and kind of small.
My coworkers and I were passing through after dropping a group off at Camp Tejas? I?ve never eaten at a golden chicken so I was... kinda excited? worst customer service I?ve experienced in a while we stood at the counter for about 8minutes before we were toldsomeone will be with us, Not one greeting or anything finally someone came to the counter and she had the worst attitude Ididn?t want to eat there any more then the food was cold ie rice and Mac and cheese asked to warm it or another side she saidthey couldn?t warm it they had no way to? then while sitting you hear and see the staff giving someone the middle finger in thedrive thru and the manager (collar shirt) just stood there looking well it?s my guess she?s the manager only one in a collarshirt?
