The food here used to be good - great if you knew how to order (special requests are happily accommodated) but recently there... have been changes to the menu and the quality of the food as well. There is a serious lack of decent Mexican food in the area,so we will go back a few more times in hopes things return to their previous standards. If, however, this turns out to be an"under new management and this is how things are going to be" issue, we'll drive to the green food truck in Port Orchard for*real* Mexican food. Read more

I love this place. I dont know why any one in there right mind would go to any other Mexican restaurant in gig harbor other then... Blue Agave. The food is great. The people are friendly. I could eat there shredded beef everyday.... it's so good. Been a whilesince I had shredded beef this good. Proportions are huge. Prices are good. This is a great place all around. Please visit hereI like to share nice things with people and this restaurant is a real treat I wish everyone could try it. They wouldn't wannaeat anywhere else. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was good.... not great. Not terrible. Carne asada could use just a little more... seasoning. Street tacos are very heavy on the onion. Chips and salsa were delicious. Horchata was not the best I've had. Alittle on the thick side. Read more

We went here when they had an event last week right outside. The food was really good I was actually pleasantly surprised with... how good the food was. Definitely a step above your average Mexican food restaurant. Food tasted really fresh my husband gottacos which he usually doesn't like and he absolutely loved them. We went there because a competitor was too busy to seat us. We had 14 people in our party. So we decided to see what they... offered. From the moment we walked in. It was fantastic. Service was phenomenal. We had a birthday party for one of our childrenand they all came and sang happy birthday and had some cake. Amazing. I cannot speak too highly for the team.
