I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at this restaurant, but after today I'll spend no more. Between very poor food and... even worse customer service, it's not worth the money. I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery: 1 large and 1 medium. The pizzasarrived and what a mess. The large pizza had maybe one small handful of cheese over the entire pizza - less cheese than you'dsee on a personal pan pizza. It was a very sad sight, especially for someone who likes the normal amount of cheese on theirpizza. I called the restaurant immediately and spoke to an employee. When I explained the situation, they put me on hold. Shecame back on the line and said the pizza was made correctly -according to the person who made the pizza. I explained, onceagain, there was NO cheese on my cheese pizza. I was put back on hold. She came back and said the pizza was made correctly, butthey'll give me a 10 dollar credit. I explain that doesn't even cover the cost of the pizza. I said they were welcome to comeback for the pizza and replace it and bring me a pizza with actual cheese on it. I was put on hold again. She came back againand said no. I can take the 10 dollar credit or I can drive to the store and return it. I'm sorry, but if I'm paying an 8dollar delivery fee, I expect that to cover mistakes the store makes! Using the $10 credit would have ended up costing me evenmore money. Ten dollars to almost cover the cost of the pizza, then another 8-9 dollars for delivery and fee. From now on, I'llpay a few extra bucks and order from Seabeck's. Read more
Payed $20 for a small pizza with extra cheese. when we confronted the guy at the register and asked why it was so much. the... workers started coming up to the register like there was gonna be an issue. kind of stress inducing. The guy at the registerdidn?t inform it was extra for the cheese or offer to take it off even though we were obviously uncomfortable. you couldprobably get a medium pizza for the same price. don't get extra cheese ???? Blown away by the level of teamwork and positivite attitude of every single employee! I have never seen a happier crew. My pizza... is always good! They've missed the mark 1x by screwing up my toppings other than that they've always done a great job and myexperience has always been pleasant. Read more
Great pizza at a great price. The service was quick and the people were friendly. We already have a couple of pizza places on... the peninsula, but they are a lot more expensive. Glad to see this new business. Read more
The staff is friendly and the food is usually good but when the app doesn't work and you have to place an order over the phone... the price is literally doubled. They will not offer online coupon prices when the app isn't working. When speaking with amanager about this on the phone she was incredibly rude. We usually opt to eat other places unless our son really wants pizza. Read more
