The food was ok. Tacos al pastor that I ordered were soggy and huge! I like smaller size and more flavorful tacos, the meat was... too salty instead of the right kick from al pastor marinade. They do have very friendly and fast service and cute views of theHarbor. Read more

We went here based on reviews. The food was not good. It started with the chips and salsa. Terrible. I ordered carnitas. This... is my go to dish. This one had a red sauce which I couldn't identify. I'm used to Verde. It could be that I just don't care forthat red sauce. My hubs got a burrito which came out as a chimichanga, a tamale that was mostly dry masa and a Chili rellenothat was more flour breading than anything else. I couldn't stomach my food. He powered his down. The refried beans were good sothats what I ate. All this aside, I am giving it three stars because the staff were very nice and the restaurant was veryclean. Read more

A quaint and cozy place to eat across from the water in downtown Gig Harbor. Their food is a solid 3 star, offering huge... portions at a reasonable price. My husband ordered the Pueblito Special and I ordered the Nachos with carne asada. The PueblitoSpecial came with a tamale, a chili relleno, and a deep fried chicken burrito. Both the tamale and burrito were under seasonedand quite bland. The chili Relleno was the best part of his meal that came with cotija cheese. Lots of it. My nachos were also ahuge portion and I appreciated the amount of toppings that came on it. I was not impressed with the carne asada bites as theytasted bland and slightly old? We also got margaritas, the kiwi and the pickle just for kicks. I don't recommend gettingmargaritas here as they were not that special. I couldn't tell what over powered what, the alcohol or the flavor. A goodmargarita in my opinion won't make you question. I'm sorry to say we won't be back anytime soon. Read more

Good Mexican food and drinks with ample portions and some good flavors. The restaurant is vibrant and colorful with some great... views of Gig Harbor from the windows. Flavors were good and I appreciated the ability to add black beans over refried to thedishes. Salsa and warm chips were provided and had a good spice level as well. A good spot for lunch or dinner in the area. Read more
