Took my 5 yr old grand daughter for a cheeseburger happy meal. The cheeseburger had a piece of American cheese slapped in there.... Cheese was not melted even alittle. Grand daughter threw it away. Did they run out of cheese burgers so they put a slice ofcheese on a hamburger? That is so wrong Read more
Very poor service. Lobby is closed and if you can't fit in drive through you can't get served. They need to think about the... people that cannot use the drive through. Will never use this location again. Very poorly managed. Read more

This is the worst McDs I?ve been to and avoid it if I can. But it?s the only one in my area so that?s hard. The morning manager... is always late, I mean LATE. Supposed to open at 5am and because they don?t show on time they can?t open on time due to noregisters have money. No key to the safe the kid said laughing and asking me if this was going to be a problem for me! Whywouldn?t it be? I sit at 420 waiting for them to open then just the before 5am open time they run out and put the orange conesin front of the drive through and doors locked as well. Preventing anyone from ordering. This is a very big problem at thislocation. Happens at least 3/4 times a week. What do they do from 5 till sometimes 630 if they aren?t open for service? And theattitudes of the workers here is off the charts to say the very least! To the owner? check this restaurant out undercover and Ibet you clean house and many will go! This place is either a hit or miss. You could have the best service and not a problem with food one day or you could have the... worst service and issues with food. Some of the employees including the managers are absoultly horrible. I worked at this placeonce too and the inside was so disgusting. The walls were covered in grease and nothing was clean ever. The managers werehorrible to their own employees. Hopefully it's clean now. Read more
My sister and I went to pick up a DoorDash and we got to the speaker and explained the customer info they needed. It took a... little bit for him to respond so I figured they were just figuring out who the order was for. Then the employee told us to go tothe first window to pick up the food. We went to the first window as told and a girl with a blonde pixie cut asked if we?re herefor DoorDash and we said yes. Then after looking around confused she closed the window. We sat at the window because for atleast a minute as we were told. Then she goes up to the window and rudely said ?are you going to go up to the other window.? Wewent to the other window and we told the other employee that we were ignored at the window so we didn?t know what to do. All hesaid was ?all food is picked up at the second window.? Serving vanilla cones with bare hands no gloves, touching the top of the waffle cup. Saw it many times and couldn't eat the... waffle cup which is my favorite part. One's decided that enough is enough sincecomeon peopleit's Covid around. $1.50 forsomething that is 60 cents in other McDonald's stores deserves a review. Please serve with gloves especially the pandemictimes. Neither of my kids or me want your bacterias or sweat on it. I finally asked them nicely for another Ice-cream cones heldwith gloves.
