The halibut was delicious but my husband's steak was horrible. He said mediam well and it came back like it was still oozing... blood and very fatty. I have to thank the Boat House though now because he's turned off and disgusted by red meat now. Heshouldn't be eating red meat anymore and I'd like to keep him around longer. Again with the missed item and this time they won't answer the phone. Funny how door dash orders were truly the cause of this... mistake oh and the impatient employee who shoved multiple orders together to make more space for herself. Shorted the mostexpensive item on the order AWESOME!!! Can't wait for the Silverdale location to become a thing cause I won't go to this oneanymore if I can help it. Read more
Don't get me wrong, the food tastes amazing, but I'm getting very frustrated with the workers who consistently neglect to read... the special instructions that I leave for my pickup orders, out of the last 5 times I've ordered from here, only ONE of thetimes did I get the napkins and utensils that I requested. I could understand not putting in chopsticks, since forks are morecommonly used by American patrons, but to not put in anything is a huge inconvenience. I typically pickup when I'm out andabout, so having to drive all the way back home just so I can eat, when I had planned to go shopping is extremely annoying. Read more
the food was decent, but we had to wait awhile to get our food. we came here about an hour before close, and they were so busy... that they ran out of some food options and we had to wait for them to cook more. otherwise, this is 5/5 good for fast food. Read more
I ordered takeout for five people. All five of us like the honey walnut shrimp so we all had it as one of our choices in the... "plate" which is 2 entrées and a side. In fact, one of the plates had this entrée x2. The five entrées were dished up, andthen set aside as sometimes happens when one or more of the selections are still being cooked. That's fine. What I foundstrange, and slightly appalling, was when another of the employees proceeded to open up all five boxes and pick through andremove several shrimp from each plate and place them back in the serving bowl in the warming area to be served to a differentcustomer. If there is additional training that needs to be done so that an employee doesn't overfill plates, then have aconversation with that employee, but please don't paw through customers food. In these days of COVID I really didn't appreciatethe extra hands in my food, especially when this was the gal who was supposed to be collecting money from customers (at leastshe was the one that rang me up). You would think that after all of this, that the count of shrimp would be equal across allfive plates... Wrong. There were between 7 and 9, and in the case of the "double order" 12.
