I was having dinner delivered to my work so I could just go home and relax after a hectic day. The food was delivered 30... minutes late and wasn't even warm. The delivery driver offered no apology or explanation, but did ask that I walk back into myplace of work to get a pen to sign the receipt as he didn't come prepared. I am not happy I had to stay at work 30 minuteslonger waiting for cold food. So disappointing. Read more
Terrible. Ordered 2 medium pizzas to go. Picked them up and got home to find they were small pizzas with the sauce/toppings/... cheese only in the middle, with about half the crust bare. Called 3 times to advise if the "mistake" and was put on hold and noone ever came back. Terrible service. Poor quality. Read more
I'm sorry but the time it takes to arrive is too much. Every time I wanted a stuff crust they told me that they can't. What's... wrong with that store? The other Pizza Hut locations I go to always say there's an extra charge for stuff crust pizza. They putme on hold for 30 minutes when I called. ????I recommend having good customer service. do not leave the customer waiting whenthey call to make an order and the delay in arriving the pizza. Worst pizza hut EVER! I understand call outs and short staff, but we ordered 2 medium pizzas and wings. 4 HOURS LATER STILL NO... PIZZA. My kids have been asking for pizza all night. They shouldn't have to wait 2 hours after bedtime to get the pizza theyasked for. We call 3 times and all they could tell us was our order was undeliverable. They told us this when we called at8:30!!!! They couldn't even explain how such a simple order could be undeliverable. Watch your credit card statements for fees separate from your orders!! Thier app is an absolute mess and cause nothing but... headaches!! That's the last time I'm trying. Considering they use a call center now to order the pizza there's zero customerservice with no way to resolve issues. I wish more local places delivered so I could support them. But pizza hut will never getanother dime of my $$. And they better give back what they took!! Read more
We ordered our pizza for contactless delivery to our car. The pizza was to be ready in 40 minutes (6:10 PM). We did click the... button to indicate we were in the parking lot. At 6:20 PM we went into the store to see what the problem was. Our pizza had beenready and the employee rudely said they were too busy to deliver to our car. (We saw many other customers get their pizzasdelivered to their car). The pizza was no longer hot. We were very disappointed with our Pizza Hut restaurant experience afterour many visits. Read more
