I have been to this location a few times with my family and the food is always good and the service is okay. It has been a while... since we've been able to go back so we decided to place a pickup order which I did through Uber Eats. I am giving two starsbased on all of my experiences altogether but especially after tonight. Monterey Hatch Shrimp is the only meal I order and ismeant to be more of a sautee. I could not eat it at all due to it being nothing but Monterey cheese. I literally had to pick itapart and still then was barely edible. I literally went to get taco bell for myself since the rest of my family were very happywith their orders thankfully. Not sure what happened this one time. I've been to Arriba on and off for a few years. Tonight I needed some place to eat that was open late and would be decent... Mexican food. The food has a wide variety of selections. My son had the green chili which came with tortillas . I had Pollo ConQueso . Both were fine. Nothing amazing, but definitely tasty and filling. What was excellent was the service. Most places openlate have lackluster service and a staff that always seems to be pushing you out so they can close. Our visit was the oppositeof that. Our server (Ryan) was attentive, efficient and accurate. He constantly refilled the drinks and got the order in and outfast. So refreshing to have great service even on a late dining situation. The prices are reasonable, although I was very happyto see they continue to serve chips and salsa complimentary. Additionally, they include a bean dip with the complimentarychips and salsa which is a nice touch as well. Arriba is also a destination stop for their bar and larger rooms that are bigenough for large groups. Overall a good place to go to for lunch or dinner. Read more
First time visiting this restaurant. The service and food was very good. They give you a lot of food. Please go with an... appetite. They also, have Happy Hour for their drinks. Read more
I'm giving Arriba Mexican Grill a solid 5 stars. The Pollo Con Queso was a 10 of 5 stars . . . I don't know what kind of magic... they put in the ingredients but it was A M A Z I N G! We also had the White Sands which was great too! Staff was super friendlyand the restaurant was very clean. Read more
We love eating here on Sundays (kids eat free)! It's great that they still offer this promotion. The food is delicious,... especially the spinach enchiladas! The guacamole was a little brown, but other than that, no complaints. Love their chips, salsaand bean dip! Read more
I just had to try this place as both my primary and secondary restaurants were closed today. I?ve always seen a crowd here, and... especially at lunch. I honestly don?t know why except for possibly it?s convenient location. The food was ?good,? but wasn?twhat I would consider a spectacular barking. There is one exception, though, that would be absolutely worth a visit here, is Thestuffed sopapillas dessert. It was FANTASTIC, and quite a bargain. Service was great. Food was good. Read more
Melted sliced cheese, which I'm sure was microwaved as the chimichanga was soggy, on the Arriba pollo con queso chimi, rice is... bland, and the chicken has no flavor.Carne asada is flavorless and rice was also bland. The server was great and on top of hisjob but that's about all I could say positive about our experience here.
