I always get the turkey avocado bacon (thing) with a berry salad. I recommend getting the half salad with a sandwich -- it's a... lot of food :.) It, however, is delicious :D They give you a little bun with your mean and a chocolate covered strawberry using(presumably) authentic Belgian chocolate. It's super simple, pretty cheap for what you're getting and relatively healthy. Theonly downside is I don't live near one :( I know for a fact all my money would go to them. Read more
We went for my twin granddaughters birthday lunch. My daughter both had the CHIPOTLE GLAZED PORK? with the soup; Red & Green... Enchilada Sauce, as I walked up I just said I will have the same as my daughter. She proceeded to do the same and made the twinsgrilled cheese with chipotle soup as well. We get to our table and my daughter asked if they even asked if ?I wanted anything onmy soup? Not at all. The j noticed my salad didn?t have any avocado. So my daughter picked up my whole tray and brought to thecashiers attention he mentioned everything is NOT included. It?s 50c for EACH ITEM! 50c for CHEESE - 50c for SOUR CREAM & 50cfor chips! You would think by them not asking they would say ?sorry about that, he have it complementary this time? but NO! SoI pay for the extra things.. I then ask do you do anything for birthdays!? He just bluntly said NO. Soooo with that - we sitdown to eat we have a tablespoon of pork in the middle of our salad that we start pulling apart to enjoy throughout It literallyhad a BIG piece of fat .. most of the bottom was all fat. Unreal I?m sorry this was not what we had in the past when we?ve gonehere before. They are highly over priced and very picky and don?t even bother to give you good food. Friendly service! The lunch special of ?choose 2? is a great option. I opted for salad and sandwich. I ordered the strawberry... salad and crab avocado melt. The salad had fresh greens and fruit. The dressing was way too sweet and poured way too much. Inthe end I didn?t eat all my salad bc it was swimming in dressing? the bottom of the bowl is where it was all collecting. Thesandwich was served on toasted bread, which was good! The crab/avocado was good but somewhat bland overall. It mostly tastedlike avocado and cheese. The mayo/mix was too much and made the filling seem very oily. Of the two parts served I only ate onebecause it was just too heavy/oily tasting. The tea options were great! I enjoyed the citrus honey tea a lot! I was very happythat it was NOT super loaded with sugar! Overall a good experience I would try something else on the menu if I were to return. Read more
Very surprised at how good and fresh their food is. Great tasting fresh salads and soups. The chocolate strawberries were a nice... ending. Can't wait to go back. Have to try one of their delicious sandwiches with soup. A Great find. We always thought aboutgoing but never have until today. Outside of the building doesn't justify what's inside. First Time Here Today Was A Wonderful Experience, Got Nuts About Berries & The Chicken Enchilada Soup. The Salad Was So Fresh &... We have always enjoyed coming to Cafe Zupas. Never this location but others in 2 other states. We came hoping for the best as... we've seen before but the line took forever to get through. There weren't too many people ahead of us so I thought it would bequick. I was wrong. I worked at Subway years ago alone with busses coming in and could get through the line much quicker than wewent through and they had at least 6 people we saw behind the counter. To make matters worse, they all seemed legitimately likeNPCs without any kind of desire to be there at the store doing their job. Just robotic in motion. All we want is to be treatedwell when we're taking our family out. We finally got our food paid for and we looked at my little daughter's fruit cup andlook at the photo? Is that fresh? Do you see the piece of uncooked bacon in it? How does that happen? It's totally contaminatedand inedible, and I especially wouldn't let my daughter touch it. The lady sitting on a step ladder behind the register saw itwhen I asked for a new one and said that it was gross and reassured me that they'd bring out a new one. Nope, nothing. We spent$60 for our family of 4 and nobody could bring us our fruit cup? Something is seriously wrong here and frankly having worked inand owned restaurants for 8 years I'm disgusted to have seen such events transpire tonight at a restaurant we usually enjoy. Iusually don't work for free giving out consultations, but I'm giving you a pretty decent amount of data here because I hope youimprove for your benefit. I could tell that the "leadership" wasn't doing a good job and that the morale was well belowmediocrity. Fresh, delicious, healthy food every time! The protein bowls, the salads and sandwiches are all delicious. The brisket grilled... cheese is flavorful and hearty. Everyone loves the chocolate covered strawberries. The fresh drinks are also very good. Highlyrecommended! Read more
We used to LOVE Zupas. It was consistently good. Little changes here and there have eroded away at that consistency. Ingredients... were once listed on the menu, then they moved them to paper menus you could look at while you waited. After Covid, thosedisappeared. So it's hard to know what comes on the salad. My husband HATES goat cheese and thought what they put on was feta,so he wasn't happy.They drowned both our salads in dressing. His salad, aside from the goat cheese, was practically flavorless.My tomato/Wisconsin cauliflower soup was grainy and the taste of rotting leeks overwhelmed it.
