My husband and I are Chili's regulars - we are regulars not only because of the tasty food but the friendly staff & the cozy... atmosphere! Not trying to gush but the staff spoils us rotten and we are treated like royalty! From the amazing margaritas ...to the fantastic fajitas (which are the best around) ... to the delish burgers ... to the outstanding chips and salsa! Alwaysnew items to try on the ever changing menu! Speaking of, you must try the new curly fries - OMG!! I got there a little before 9 PM they closed at 10 PM. I sat at the bar and I waited a while even to get a menu. I was going to... order a cocktail but it took them so long to take my order that I just decided to eat a salad. I ordered the Santa Fe chickensalad and it wasn?t what I remembered it to be. It was mainly iceberg lettuce with a few spinach leaves maybe five. Used to getthe salad and it used to have darker lettuce but they must?ve changed it. This is solely a review for the waitress, Abby. Just wanted to give her a shout out. :) We have eaten here several times over... the past few years, and quality you expect. This time was different. I went to pay, put my card in the machine, and looked downat my phone to calculate tips (I do not use the calculation on the machine). Looked up and my card was processing!! I told AbbyI do not carry cash, so I am not able to tip. She said that is fine, with a smile on her face. I managed to find loose change inmy car. Luckily I had $5 in change and then some. Came back in and she said I didn't have to do that, still with the samefriendly smile, and offered again to refill my lemonade to go (she already offered once when we were finished with our meal).Abby is amazing!!!! ???????? Not a lot to say about Chili's that people don't already know, as it's a national restaurant chain that you've probably already... been to. This one was quite standard, with a familiar look and expected tastes. I like Chili's, so although we were visiting anew city, sometimes it's comforting to go to a place that's affordable with decent food. Our waitress was nice and my steak wasquite flavorful. We had a great experience on Friday evening. The service was fast and the food delicious. Unfortunately the machine to make... frozen margaritas was broken and some of the appetizers like onion blossom are not in the menu anymore. But we are definitelygoing back soon. Read more

So, let's talk bathroom... The ladies room was dirty, missing toilet paper in the stalls, paper towels everywhere, and vomit in... the sink. When I told one of the servers she was like, I don't do bathrooms, can you tell the hostess!?! Seriously! I told herand the 2 hostesses proceeded to call "not it" on cleaning it! Ugh! Now, let's talk servers.... Our server was MIA for close to10 minutes. She tried to push it off as she was helping her "big" table. We were there at 4:15... There was no "big" table. We could see everyone else. Anyway, the cigarette breath was enough for us to know she had been on break. Alright we are leftwith food... Food was alright. We had the 6 oz steak (which was slightly overcooked) the ribs (which were ok) and super greasychips.... Like could have greased the engine with all the leftover oil... Ugh! Overall, a lackluster experience, but not onethat will stop us from returning. We know what to expect when coming here. And it's not to have an amazing experience. Read more

I absolutely LOVE chili's. it's a good place to go when you have multiple people as well because there's always something on the... menu someone wants. The kids menu has a good amount of options and it is priced fair. I love the deals for $25 you get theappetizer then picking a meal for you and someone else and then dessert. Plus there's an option to add $3 beers or $5presidential margarita which I think is pretty cool. This time I got the chicken fajitas it was delicious the bean soup wassuper super delicious I wish I had more of it to take home. I was already stuffed from this chips and salsa so I'll be able toeat my leftovers tomorrow. The chips were not all the way cooked and we're kind of greasy but this also is delicious. Then fordessert since I couldn't eat anymore I got cheesecake and brought it home. My service was good our waitress was awesome she wasvery attentive made sure we had everything we made and refilled our drinks without us having to ask. This location was veryclean they actually put up windows/glass between the booths to space them out.. for a Saturday the weight wasn't long just about20 minutes but the good thing is where it's located there's a bunch of other stores like Target shoe stores Ross so you canalways walk around while you're waiting to pass the time. It?s literally been years since I have dined at a Chili?s. Well, the customer service was great, the food not so much. Here?s... what was Ordered; a mushroom burger ????, steak fajitas, and chips with salsa. The Verdicts; The mushroom burger ???? wasgreasy with a oil bun and the mushrooms were cold ???? The fajitas I remember were amazing filled with flavor. What I ate wasa salty dish. But I did enjoy the black bean soup that came with the fajitas. The chips and salsa are a pass.
