Went through the drive thru and part of my order was missed- despite it being clarified twice. Went inside to get it fixed and... they just said "yeah that happens with drive thru" like it's a known problem there. Employees were very friendly. Descent portions were given on my steak burrito that was smothered with red chili and cheese.... Queso is one of my favorites. Seems to have a lot of cilantro and some sweetness to it. Parking lot was a little small. For aburrito, chips and quest it was right at 20 dollars. Overall I would recommend this place. Read more
It was before closing and the girl attempted to act like the doors were locked. Got my food which was okay, the real issue is as... I was leaving hearing the manager give the girl a hard time because I got in to order food. This is probably the last time Iwill ever eat here due to the lack of customer service and the overall experience. Read more

Horrible experience! I decided to give them another chance after trying to eat there one night last month but they were closed... an hour before their posted time. So my husband goes today and got 2 of the pork quesadillas. Both had pork only, no cheese orbarely any if there was. It wasn't cut and was soggy and dripping. We asked for double rice no beans, but got only about half ofa regular portion. The service was horrid and were basically unsupervised children not knowing what to do. The horchata wasliterally Undrinkable with how watery and bitter it tasted. I would be totally understanding if they were busy and/orunderstaffed, however, the lobby was completely empty and staff wasn't paying attention. Will definitely be sticking with CafeRio here on out! Came in today 10/29 to order 3 salads. Placed the final order for a shredded beef and was told they were out. How & why are you... out of beef at 12:45pm? Why can?t you place an ?out? sign over your large overhead menu? Had I known they were out of that wewould?ve chose another place since 1 of 3 people eating doesn?t like anything else on your menu.
