Ridiculously expensive and it?s good but not THAT good. The cashier acted like she couldn?t be bothered with taken my order or... me even asking questions. 2 small (regular size) $9/ each and a shake for $10. Total $27 wow!! We?ve been to this type of creameries before where they use nitrogen to freeze the ice cream in front of you. Usually it comes... off a bit gimmicky, but Creamistry does it right! The flavors are amazing, the tastes come through perfectly, the service wasimpeccable, and the dairy free options were awesome! They even had celiac friendly options which is a major win for my wife whousually gets left out at dessert time. We will be back! Read more
The staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of options to choose from. My favorite part is watching them make the icecream!
Friday, May 20th was our first time here. My son had been looking forward to going here for weeks. When we entered, the place... was not clean, we were not greeted, and when I greeted one of the employees, she simply raised her eyebrows and looked at me.She never asked for my order or anything. If it were just me, I would have walked out, but my son really wanted it. My sonplaced the order and the girl asked, "will that be all?" That was literally the only words she spoke. The boy that was therenever looked our way once. He made the ice cream, handed it yo her, and walked to the back. She completed the order and put iton the counter. It was not a good experience. It has 2 stars because my son said "it's decent." He also said "Arby's mintchocolate shake is wayy better though." We will not be going back to Creamistry. I will start off by saying I love the Creamistry product, however, this location has gone downhill... The staff seemed bothered... that were there! IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB THEN QUIT! This location was awesome when it opened. Also, the place was dirty! Thefloors were gross and overall it just didn't feel clean. Creamistry Corporate, please investigate this, we really loveCreamistry and we do not want its brand to be tarnished by the staff at this location. Clean it up!!! The consistency of the ice cream and the amount of toppings and each bite is phenomenal, The sizes are questionable. But despite... the small sizes your sweet tooth can be cured with this tasty treat. Strawberry Bond, Sea salt caramel Cookie monster and Chocolate combustion Were the ones I tried today. My son begged me to take him out driving today and I just plugged in ice cream and we showed up here and it was awesome! It's... just as entertaining to watch all the nitrogen explosion as they make your dessert and it is so creamy and tasty. The ice cream is really good compared to most other places like Coldstone. A little pricey but worth it. Have never been to the... Gilbert location and was in the area so figured I?d stop in. The young man working there was outside the counter when we gotthere and ran really fast to get back the counter, only to say nothing when we approached. He was sucking on one of the spoonsand really didn?t say anything besides ?is that all?? There we?re two of us.. he seemed annoyed that two people would order twoice creams? he took the spoon out of his mouth when he said the total and immediately began sucking on the spoon again. It justseemed? unsanitary? Not sure how to say it but it was a little odd.. can?t imagine if I had never been there and didn?t know howto order the ice cream because this young man was not helpful..the girl working there that made the ice cream said nothing whenshe handed us the ice creams, just slide them over to us.
