I asked for a simple request please cut my burgers in Half, and the two people I talked to said yes we can do that for sure. I... get my burgers I open the foil and they are not cut. Not a big deal right? I go back and ask the person who gave me the order(Kendal) to cut the burgers in half as I requested that. he said nobody told him to cut it in half, and he can't take theburgers back to cut them. That was very frustrating for such a simple ask, and then he continues that I can cut them myselfusing a plastic knife and then walked away on me which that what sealed the deal for me to writing this review. Very poorcustomer service, and a lack of communication between the team members. If they miss such a simple ask then they need to work ontheir basic team communication skills. Read more

Burgers are the best. But I always feel ripped off like the price is just a little to much but I?m willing to pay it on... occasion. Unfortunately today was one of those occasions.
