I have yet to get what I ordered! Is there someone that puts the condiments in the bag? If so they?re NOT doing there job! Today... it was the ranch dressing and sweet and sour sauce. A few days ago, I asked for a coke got a Diet Coke! They left out sandwichesand McNuggets! I can?t be the only one this happens to! Delivery makes sure the food gets here. every time i uber eats from this place they either forget something or my food is cold. it really doesn?t take much to keep the... food warm and i know that because i used to work at McDonald?s. it?s always the same excuses ? your uber driver was to late? no,they got there on time and my food was still cold. it?s honestly strange that a fully functioning establishment that refuses tohire people, because they supposedly have enough staff members is constantly struggling to make customers happy. It's our local McDonald's and we try them once every 6 months. They have a real problem with getting orders right. Even this... time they messed up the order, and I stood in line with 3 other customers (of 5 in the restaurant) who also had improper orders.On the positive side, the staff handled everything in a cheerful, professional way. Food is good and most of staff are wonderful. However, the manager is probably the rudest person we have ever encountered. My... husband and I went two days in a row and she not only was rude to us but we believe we heard her today call some young kidsa""holes. We were just shocked at her rudeness and sarcasm. Always a disappointment at this location. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets in the drive thu. I was asked to pull around the front... and wait. After waiting 15 minutes I went inside. The manager was cleaning the cookie display and yelling at all of theemployees? I asked her about my order, turns out it was just sitting on the counter? My experiences involve using their Drive-In which go fairly fast but it seems the workers are all 16 years old and are not quite... sure how to enter the order you would like. It seems like this McDonald's never has discounts or deals many of the other onesoffer two McMuffins for $5 or 20 piece nugget for $5 I have never seen this McDonald's offer anything like that Read more
I have lived near this McDonalds for 6 years. Over the last couple years in particular it has been disgusting. No matter what... time of day or day of the week it is terrible. I go because it's near home and convenient, then realize, "oh yeah this place isnasty which is why we haven't been here". How is it possible for hot fries to taste stale? Are they using day old fries andheating them up? Don't ever customize your food either because that will only guarantee it will be extremely undercooked (noteven melted cheese). Do I expect gourmet? Of course not, it's McDonald's. However, I do expect to have my food taste like itwasn't left overs from the day before or someone else's meal pulled from the trash. Read more
This place is simply disgusting and after the fourth time of receiving food that is not correct and not edible I choose to vote... with my dollars to never go to another McDonald?s location ever . Asked for no cheese they added 4 slices , no tomorrows anddrowning in ?BLT? sauce . Ketchup packets were glued together with god knows how long dried crusty salsa. Tf?
