There was only one car in front of us and we waited for over 30 minutes for our food. Waited at the window for 15... minutes.Workers didn?t check on us once while we were waiting for our food. No one likes to be treated differently when spending their money somewhere. ???? I always hope it's not on purpose but still... will not return because I didn't feel welcome. I wasn't greeted, others were. They were walking around handing out samples,walked right past me and greeted someone else like I wasn't even there. We've eaten at Panera for many years; however, it had been awhile, so my granddaughter chose it for lunch. This time, I ordered... a small fuji apple chicken salad. It came with a lot of lettuce, two very small, thin rings of red onion, one sliced cherrytomato, two freeze-dried apple slices and no chicken! For my granddaughter, I ordered a small (and it was very small) mac &cheese, small drink and cookie. Nearly every time we eat there, they forget to put something in the salad or they get the sideswrong or something. It just felt expensive for what little we got. There was no service. I ordered at the counter, and expectedthey would bring the food to the table as they always had in the past, but this time I had to go get it myself. I would choosemany other restaurants over Panera. I do NOT recommend going here. This is my $10 chicken salad sandwhich with almost no chicken salad. Also, this was not a... sandwhich. It was a lazy person slapping stuff in between 2 pieces of bread, all in the middle. There wasn't even enough tospread it through the whole sandwhich. Waste of money, waste of time. Read more
New to the area. Decided to stop here after years of not having been to a Panera. Ordered their new spicy sandwich they have... plastered all over the walls. Sandwich came with next to no sauce (looked like a Mac Donald?s jr burger sauce amount lol), andtheir pickle ?chips? are more like chip crumbs. Super disappointed as they charged 11.30 for their new sandwich and it was a letdown. Only 2 stars because the front girl Jessica was nice. I know we came late ... They were about to close, last customers. I understand when that happens and the frustration but we paid... $30 for this??? $11 for one sandwich and $7 for the other ... The chip bag felt heavier then the MEAT sandwiches we ordered.Very VERY disappointed... Not cool. Read more
Not the worst and not the best, if you don?t do the pick two then the portion is fine. A place with enough meat if you get the... full. $30 for two meals and two drinks. Not enough chicken breast warm sandwiches, everything is pulled except the chickenwalnut which is cold. The bread is hard. Next time don?t need it on the side. Mac and cheese is more velveeta and I don?tthink my kid would like it. Too much cheese. Steak was good. Try it. Will just get a side salad next time. Overall not badjust need some more options like subway has. Read more
Delightful, helpful staff. Great food, relaxed atmosphere, perks for being a member. Panera has consistently good food and... reasonable prices. I enjoy going there for meals. Read more
